赣中地区沥青路面温度分布研究

【摘要】:沥青路面暴露在外界环境中,受自然环境持续影响,致使路面结构内温度不断变化,由于沥青路面力学、路用性能和路面本身温度密切相关,,若能准确预估沥青路面温度场温度分布情况,即可有效预防路面早期破坏,提高路面使用质量,又利于沥青路面结构设计的科学性。正因如此,对于沥青路面结构内温度分布研究分析具有重要的应用价值。 本文从沥青路面温度受气象要素影响出发,通过热传导基本理论,建立沥青路面温度预估模型;结合赣中地区气象数据,预估沥青路面温度分布状况,绘制出赣中地区沥青路面温度分布和温度沿结构变化规律。具体研究成果如下: ①对赣中地区1971~2000年30年气象数据统计分析,得出气温、太阳辐射、月平均风速、日照时间、降雨量等气象要素的年、日变化规律及相应的计算公式;对路面材料热物理参数分析研究,确定了不同热物理参数的较小的取值范围; ②利用气象、传热学基本理论、有限差分法,建立沥青路面结构内温度一维非稳态数值模型;并利用MATLAB语言进行编程,得到可视化的温度预估模型;通过与沥青路面不同深度、不同时刻温度实测值对比分析,可知模型可准确预估路面温度分布状况; ③结合赣中地区气象要素数据,利用温度预估模型计算得到沥青路面各层温度,以沥青路面1cm处的温度分布数据,绘制出赣中地区沥青路面温度分布图;同时利用模型计算得到高温时、常温时、阴天时一天内不同时刻沥青路面温度沿深度分布情况,对一年内路面各层温度的计算统计,绘制出年沥青路面温度沿深度分布图; ④对不同数值的路面材料热物理参数、不同取值的路表辐射吸收率以及降雨对沥青路面温度分布影响进行研究分析。 本文对沥青路面温度分布的研究成果对以后类似路面结构实验、开发,提供了新思路和有效的基础数据。
[Abstract]:The asphalt pavement is exposed to the external environment, which is affected by the natural environment, resulting in the constant change in the temperature of the pavement structure. Because of the asphalt pavement mechanics, the road performance is closely related to the temperature of the pavement itself. If the temperature distribution of the asphalt pavement temperature field can be estimated accurately, the early damage of the pavement can be prevented and the quality of the pavement is improved. It is beneficial to the scientific design of asphalt pavement structure, which is of great application value to the research and analysis of temperature distribution in asphalt pavement structure.
Based on the influence of meteorological factors on the temperature of asphalt pavement, the temperature prediction model of asphalt pavement is established through the basic theory of heat conduction. The temperature distribution of asphalt pavement is estimated with the meteorological data in central Jiangxi Province, and the temperature distribution and temperature along the structure of the asphalt pavement in the middle Jiangxi area are drawn. The concrete research results are as follows:
On the basis of the statistical analysis of meteorological data in the 30 years of 1971~2000 in central Jiangxi Province, the annual, diurnal variation and corresponding calculation formulas of weather factors such as temperature, solar radiation, monthly mean wind speed, sunshine time and rainfall are obtained, and the thermal physical parameters of pavement materials are analyzed and studied, and the smaller range of different thermal physical parameters is determined.
Secondly, using the basic theory of Meteorology and heat transfer, the finite difference method, a one-dimensional unsteady numerical model of the temperature in the asphalt pavement structure is set up, and a visual temperature prediction model is obtained by programming the MATLAB language. The model can predict the pavement accurately by comparing the different depths of the asphalt pavement and the temperature measurement at different time. Temperature distribution;
(3) combining the meteorological elements data of the central Jiangxi area, the temperature of each layer of asphalt pavement is calculated by the temperature prediction model. The temperature distribution map of the asphalt pavement in the Middle Jiangxi area is drawn by the temperature distribution data at 1cm of the asphalt pavement. At the same time, the temperature of the asphalt pavement at different times in one day in a day at high temperature is calculated by the model and the temperature along the asphalt pavement at different times in one day is deep. The distribution of temperature of each layer in a year is calculated, and the distribution map of the temperature along the depth of the asphalt pavement is drawn out.
4. The thermal physical parameters of different pavement materials, the radiation absorptivity of different values of road surface and the influence of rainfall on the temperature distribution of asphalt pavement are studied.
The research results of asphalt pavement temperature distribution provide new ideas and effective basic data for similar pavement structure experiment and development.
