沥青混凝土路面边模铺装机的研究

【摘要】:随着道路施工技术的发展,沥青混凝土路面成为了我国应用最广泛的路面之一,尤其是在高等级公路中占有了最大多数比例。因此对沥青混凝土路面施工技术和施工效率的提升越来越重要。 沥青混凝土路面施工需要摊铺的宽度比设计宽度宽,安装路缘石时再切除多余沥青,因而费时费事并且切除下的沥青污染环境。针对上述问题,,采用了沥青混凝土路面边模技术,在沥青砼面层铺筑之前在路两边缘铺设该边模,使沥青混凝土路面在铺筑过程中直接形成整齐顺直的边部。但由于人工安装边模速度慢、效率低、顺直度差影响了其推广使用。为了解决这些问题,设计了沥青混凝土路面边模铺装机,可自动顺着预先铺设的标记线行走,并同时自动安装铺设边模。设计了沥青混凝土路面边模铺装机的机械结构,包括行走转向系统、边模安装系统和边模射钉系统。铺装机在行走转向系统控制下自动沿着标线行走,并在安装系统和射钉系统作用下完成边模的铺设作业。设计了基于单片机的转向控制系统,并编写了控制程序;选择了合适的气动执行元件和控制元件使其更好地完成预定的动作;选择了可编程序控制器,根据控制流程,运用WPLSoft软件绘制了可编程序控制器的梯形图。 本铺装机可以自动完成沥青混凝土路面边模的铺装作业,可加快其铺装的速度,提高边模的铺装质量,提高生产效率。
[Abstract]:With the development of road construction technology, asphalt concrete pavement has become one of the most widely used pavement in China, especially in the high-grade highway. Therefore, it is more and more important to improve the construction technology and construction efficiency of asphalt concrete pavement. The width of asphalt concrete pavement needs to be wider than the designed width, and the extra asphalt is removed when installing the kerb stone, so it takes time and time to remove and pollute the environment. In view of the above problems, the side mould of asphalt concrete pavement is adopted, which is laid on the edge of both sides of the road before paving the asphalt concrete surface, so that the straight edge of asphalt concrete pavement can be directly formed in the course of paving. However, due to the slow speed and low efficiency of manual installation edge die, the difference of straightness affects its popularization. In order to solve these problems, an asphalt concrete pavement side mould laying machine is designed, which can automatically walk along the pre-laid marking line and install the paving edge die automatically at the same time. The mechanical structure of the asphalt concrete pavement side die mounting machine is designed, including the walking steering system, the side die installation system and the side die firing nail system. Under the control of the walking steering system, the laying machine automatically walks along the marking line, and completes the laying of the side die under the action of the installation system and the nail shooting system. The steering control system based on single chip computer is designed, and the control program is written. The suitable pneumatic actuator and control element are selected to complete the predetermined action better, and the programmable controller is selected according to the control flow. The ladder diagram of programmable controller is drawn by using WPLSoft software. The paving machine can automatically finish the paving of the side mould of the asphalt concrete pavement, accelerate the speed of the pavement, improve the quality of the side die and improve the production efficiency.
