盐渍土溶陷性和经砂砾改良后的路用性能研究

【摘要】:本文结合察尔汗盐湖至格尔木高速公路(察格高速公路)和西宁南绕城高速公路的盐渍土路基修筑工程,采用室内试验、现场试验与理论分析相结合的方法,对察尔汗盐湖地区强、过氯盐渍土的溶陷特性进行了研究,并对西宁南绕城高速公路沿线的弱、中盐渍土进行了砂砾改良和路用性能研究。主要研究成果如下: 1、参考黄土湿陷试验方法,对强、过氯盐渍土进行了室内单、双线法试验,根据试验数据,定量地分析了盐渍土浸水溶陷随压力变化的规律,确定了溶陷量、溶陷系数等参数;同时根据盐渍土的溶陷特征,对压缩试验的部分仪器进行了改进,,使其更适用于盐渍土室内溶陷试验。 2、在察尔汗盐湖地区进行盐渍土现场溶陷试验,基于《盐渍土地区建筑规范》中“测定溶陷系数的浸水载荷试验”的方法,结合盐渍土室内溶陷试验,采用单、双线法进行试验。通过对试验数据的分析,得出现场盐渍土地基浸水溶陷及受压沉降的规律,并总结出了该规律产生的原因。 3、采用向弱、中盐渍土中掺拌砂砾的方法对其进行改良,以强度(回弹模量和承载比)为控制指标,通过调整砂土配合比,对改良前后土样的路用性能进行对比分析,同时从级配的角度分析了其对路堤土路用性能的影响,验证了砂砾改良盐渍土用作高速公路路堤填料的可行性,并确定出了满足路堤填料路用性能要求的最优砂土配合比。
[Abstract]:This paper combines the construction of saline soil subgrade of Chage Expressway from Chaerhan Salt Lake to Geermu Expressway and Xining Nancheng Expressway, adopts the method of indoor test, field test and theoretical analysis. The dissolution and subsidence characteristics of strong and perchloric saline soils in Chaerhan Salt Lake area were studied, and the improvement of sand gravel and road performance of the weak and middle saline soils along Xining South Roundabout Expressway were studied. The main research results are as follows: 1. Referring to the loess collapsibility test method, the laboratory single and double line test of strong and perchlorinated saline soil is carried out. According to the test data, the law of water solution settlement with pressure change of saline soil is quantitatively analyzed. At the same time, according to the dissolution characteristics of salinized soil, some instruments of compression test are improved. It is more suitable for indoor dissolution test of salinized soil. (2) in the salt lake area of Chaerhan, the in-situ solution test of saline soil is carried out, based on the method of "immersion load test" in the Building Code for saline soil area. Combined with the indoor dissolution test of salinized soil, single and double-wire method was used to carry out the test. Based on the analysis of the test data, the law of solution settlement and compression settlement of salinized soil foundation is obtained, and the causes of this rule are summarized. 3. The method of mixing sand gravel in weak and middle salinized soil is adopted to improve it. Taking the strength (modulus of resilience and bearing ratio) as the control index, through adjusting the mix ratio of sand and soil, the road performance of the soil samples before and after the improvement is compared and analyzed. At the same time, the influence on the road performance of the embankment is analyzed from the point of view of gradation. The feasibility of using sand gravel modified saline soil as filling material for expressway embankment was verified, and the optimum mix ratio of sand and soil was determined to meet the requirement of road performance of embankment filler.
