沥青稳定碎石设计方法与施工技术研究

【摘要】:虽然目前我国高等级公路基层普遍仍采用半刚性基层,但国内的道路工作者对柔性基层的材料结构设计、路用性能、柔性基层的实用性等也进行了大量的研究,且柔性材料(沥青稳定碎石或大粒径沥青混凝土)作为基层已用于多条高速公路。天津地区目前还未有柔性基层材料作为高等级公路基层的尝试,,也未形成系统的柔性材料设计方法。 因此本课题针对天津地区材料,仍需采用不同成型手段(GTM、马歇尔方法)进行柔性基层材料对比设计和系统研究。主要研究了采用GTM法的沥青碎石混合料配合比设计适用性研究以及性能验证,采用GTM法的密级配沥青碎石混合料级配优化研究以及性能验证。对于采用GTM法的密级配沥青碎石混合料力学参数进行了深入分析,最后采用GTM法的密级配沥青碎石混合料级配优化设计给出了实例验证分析。
[Abstract]:Although semi-rigid base is still widely used in high grade highway base in our country at present, domestic road workers have also carried out a lot of research on material structure design, road performance, practicability of flexible base, etc. Flexible materials (asphalt stabilized macadam or large-size asphalt concrete) have been used as base course for many highways. At present, there is no attempt to use flexible base material as high grade highway base in Tianjin area, and no systematic flexible material design method has been formed. Therefore, different forming methods (GTM, Marshall method) are needed to compare and study the flexible base materials in Tianjin. The applicability and performance verification of asphalt macadam mixture design using GTM method and the optimization research and performance verification of dense gradation asphalt macadam mixture with GTM method are studied. The mechanical parameters of dense graded asphalt macadam mixture using GTM method are analyzed in depth. Finally, the optimization design of gradation of dense graded asphalt macadam mixture using GTM method is verified and analyzed by an example.
