水泥混凝土桥面防水粘结层性能研究及应用

【摘要】:一直以来公路建设就是国民经济发展的大动脉,并且伴随着国家拉动内需的投资意向不断增加,高速公路建设已经成为一个重要投资热点。长期以来公路项目施工管理大多采用“粗放式”管理方式,施工中缺乏相关的设计指标和施工的具体标准及规范。不同工程的质量也是良莠不齐,加之人为影响和自然因素不同,,道路上的桥梁会经常发生桥面鼓包、破损以及开裂的问题。这些问题不但会直接影响到桥面的使用年限,而且还会对桥梁的承载能力造成损害,甚至会出现危及人民生命财产安全的事件。所以,严格把关公路桥梁的施工质量就是非常必要的了,我们应该对这方面多做研究。另外,随着我国公路的不断建设,桥梁占有越来越大的比例;桥梁体系中一个重要的环节就是桥面的防水粘结层,这一部分对桥梁的质量维护起着至关重要的作用。这一环节不但能够起到增加行车安全舒适性的作用,同时能够缓解桥梁上的钢筋混凝土被水侵蚀。由此可知,选择性能优质的防水粘结层材料是至关重要的。 在此背景下,本文将水泥混凝土桥面沥青铺装体系的粘结层作为研究对象,并对桥面铺装体系主要病害、结构力学计算、原材料性能、粘结层材料性能实验等方面进行研究。最后依托珠海机场高速公路进行实例研究,探究该项目工程防水层铺装的具体实施过程、粘结层材料和施工工艺的选择,最终针对水泥混凝土桥面粘结层的铺装提出合理化的建议与措施。
[Abstract]:Highway construction has always been the artery of national economic development, and with the increasing investment intention of the country to stimulate domestic demand, highway construction has become an important investment hot spot. For a long time, the construction management of highway projects has mostly adopted the "extensive" management mode, and there is a lack of relevant design indicators and concrete standards and norms in construction. The quality of different projects is also intermingled, combined with different man-made and natural factors, the bridge on the road will often have the problems of bulging, breakage and cracking. These problems will not only directly affect the service life of the bridge deck, but also damage the bearing capacity of the bridge, and even endanger the safety of people's life and property. Therefore, it is very necessary to strictly control the construction quality of highway bridges, we should do more research on this aspect. In addition, with the continuous construction of highway in our country, the bridge occupies more and more proportion, and an important link in the bridge system is the waterproof adhesive layer of the bridge deck, which plays a vital role in the quality maintenance of the bridge. This link can not only increase the driving safety and comfort, but also alleviate the water erosion of reinforced concrete on the bridge. Therefore, it is very important to select high quality waterproof adhesive material. Under this background, this paper takes the cement concrete bridge deck asphalt pavement system as the research object, and studies the main diseases of the bridge deck pavement system, structural mechanics calculation, raw material performance, bond layer material performance experiment and so on. Finally relying on Zhuhai Airport Expressway to carry out a case study to explore the concrete implementation process of waterproofing layer pavement of the project, the selection of bonding layer materials and construction technology, Finally, some reasonable suggestions and measures are put forward for the pavement of cement concrete bridge deck bond layer.
