废旧沥青混合料水稳石试验研究

【摘要】:通过对不同废旧沥青混合料掺量的水泥稳定碎石进行振动击实试验研究,测定其最佳含水量、最大干密度,进行无侧限抗压强度及干缩试验,确定最佳水泥掺量并对比分析废旧沥青混合料掺量对水泥稳定碎石无侧限抗压强度和干燥收缩性能的影响。通过试验分析,确定最优混合料掺量,研究其抗压强度、温缩等长期性能的发展规律。结果表明,30%废旧沥青混合料掺量和5%水泥掺量的水泥稳定碎石,不仅可以保证基层的强度,有利于基层早期强度形成,而且具有较好的抗温缩性能,可以作为基层铺设材料。
[Abstract]:Through the vibration compaction test of cement stabilized macadam with different waste asphalt mixture content, the optimum moisture content, maximum dry density, unconfined compressive strength and dry shrinkage test were measured. The optimum cement content was determined and the effect of waste asphalt mixture content on the unconfined compressive strength and drying shrinkage of cement stabilized macadam was analyzed. Through the test and analysis, the optimum mixture content is determined, and the development law of its long-term performance, such as compressive strength and temperature shrinkage, is studied. The results show that the cement stabilized macadam with 30% waste asphalt mixture and 5% cement can not only guarantee the strength of the base course, but also has good temperature shrinkage resistance and can be used as the paving material for the base course, which can not only guarantee the strength of the base course, but also be beneficial to the formation of the early strength of the base course.
