大渡口区警用交通信息综合应用服务平台设计

【摘要】:随着社会经济的高速发展,人民生活水平的不但提高,我国城市机动车保有量和驾驶员数量急剧上升,交通拥堵、车流不畅等交通问题日益突出,交通管理任务日趋繁重。城市交通拥堵是影响当今城市健康发展的难题。发达国家的历史经验表明:有效解决城市交通问题的方法是提高交通管理与服务水平,提高交通运输效率。本文通过对交通信息化的关键技术进行研究,提出了一种集信息技术、数据通讯传输技术、自动控制技术等技术于一体的警用交通信息综合应用服务平台,整合各离散系统,综合各板块业务信息,宏观分析、调控,提高整个交通管理层的管理与服务水平。 论文首先对国内外先进交通管理系统的发展和研究现状进行了探讨,然后研究了警用交通信息综合应用服务平台的关键实现技术,并结合大渡口区实况进行了警用交通信息综合应用服务平台的详细设计,其主要包括:大渡口区警用地理信息系统设计方案、交通控制系统设计方案、大渡口区卡口系统设计方案、大渡口区高清视频监控子系统设计方案、大渡口区电子警察后台管理控制系统设计方案、大渡口区中心数据库子系统设计方案、大渡口区接处警子系统设计方案、大渡口区交通诱导系统设计方案;最后,对大渡口区警用交通信息综合应用服务平台扩展方向进行了研究,针对交通信息化发展的需求重点分析讨论了交通事件检测子系统、大型活动交通组织、交通辅助决策支持子系统。本文为解决大中城市交通中的一系列问题,具有一定的现实意义和参考价值。 本论文结合大渡口区公安指挥系统工程建设,研究设计“大渡口区警用交通信息综合应用服务平台”,为大渡口区智能交通系统和交通管理信息化的建设与发展奠定一定了理论与实践基础;对缓解区域内交通拥堵、事故和环境问题,以及减轻交通干警劳动强度等方面都具有重要的作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the number of motor vehicles and drivers in urban areas in China has increased sharply, traffic congestion, traffic flow and other traffic problems have become increasingly prominent, traffic management tasks are becoming increasingly heavy. Urban traffic congestion is a difficult problem affecting the healthy development of cities today. The historical experience of developed countries shows that the effective way to solve urban traffic problems is to improve the level of traffic management and service and improve the efficiency of transportation. Through the research on the key technology of traffic information, this paper puts forward a kind of integrated application service platform of police traffic information, which integrates information technology, data communication technology, automatic control technology and so on, and integrates all discrete systems. Integrate business information, macro-analysis, control, improve the management and service level of the entire transportation management. Firstly, the paper discusses the development and research status of advanced traffic management system at home and abroad, and then studies the key implementation technology of police traffic information integrated application service platform. Combined with the actual situation of Dadukou District, the detailed design of police traffic information integrated application service platform is carried out, which mainly includes: Dadukou police GIS design scheme, traffic control system design scheme, The design scheme of Dadukou district bayonet system, the Dadukou district high-definition video surveillance subsystem, the Dadukou district electronic police background management and control system, the Dadukou district central database subsystem design plan, the Dadukou district high-definition video surveillance subsystem design plan, the Dadukou district center database subsystem design plan, The design scheme of Dadukou district police subsystem, the design scheme of Dadukou traffic guidance system; finally, the extended direction of the integrated application service platform of police traffic information in Dadukou district is studied. According to the demand of traffic information development, the traffic event detection subsystem, the traffic organization subsystem and the traffic assistant decision support subsystem are analyzed and discussed. In order to solve a series of problems in large and medium cities, this paper has certain practical significance and reference value. Combined with the construction of Dadukou District Public Security Command system, this paper studies and designs the "Dadukou Police Traffic Information Integrated Application Service platform". It lays a theoretical and practical foundation for the construction and development of intelligent transportation system and traffic management information in Dadukou District, and helps to alleviate traffic congestion, accidents and environmental problems in the region. And reduce traffic police labor intensity and other aspects have an important role.
