真空预压在天津港欠固结吹填土地基加固中的应用研究

【摘要】:近些年来,港口工程建设进入快速发展新时期,随之而来的大面积吹填造陆工程越来越多。由于各港区吹填土的工程性质差别很大且研究不系统不完善,吹填土的处理方法逐渐成为新港建设的突出问题。吹填土处理方法选择不当,轻则导致工程返工,浪费人力、财力,延缓工期,重则导致安全事故,给人们的生命带来威胁。为此,吹填土性质的研究及处理方法和工艺的研究逐渐成为学者和工程技术人员研究热点问题。本文将结合天津欠固结吹填土真空预压处理某工程,在前人研究的基础上,通过室内试验,原位测试、现场检测,并结合数值计算软件对真空预压处理欠固结淤泥的过程和效果进行研究。其主要研究内容包括以下几个方面:1.通过颗粒分析试验、X光衍射试验、原位测试及室内试验详细的研究了天津某吹填土真空预压加固区土体的颗粒组成、矿物组成、力学特性、渗透固结特性等工程特性;2.通过现场埋设监测仪器,对真空预压过程进行跟踪监测,分析了在处理欠固结吹填土过程中真空度、孔隙水压力、沉降、水平位移及地下水位的变化情况。3.利用土体应力应变的双曲线关系和e-p曲线,得到了欠固结吹填土最终沉降计算公式,并将不考虑侧向变形、考虑侧向变形及简化方法与实测数据进行了对比。对比结果表明前两种方法与实测结果较为吻合。4.利用数值计算软件,对比了现场实测数据与计算结果的一致性,并结合实际施工情况简单分析了两者存在偏差的原因。
[Abstract]:In recent years, port engineering construction has entered a new period of rapid development, followed by a large area of land filling projects more and more. Due to the great difference of engineering properties and the imperfection of research on the engineering properties of the dredged soil in each port area, the treatment method of the dredging soil has gradually become a prominent problem in the construction of Newport. Improper selection of fill treatment method will lead to engineering rework, waste of manpower, financial resources, delay construction period, heavy lead to safety accidents, and bring threat to people's lives. Therefore, the research on the properties of the soil and the treatment methods and processes has gradually become a hot issue for scholars and engineers. In this paper, a project of vacuum preloading treatment of underconsolidated fill in Tianjin will be combined. Based on the previous research, through indoor test, in-situ test, field test, The process and effect of vacuum preloading for the treatment of underconsolidated silt were studied with numerical calculation software. The main research contents include the following aspects: 1. Through particle analysis test, X-ray diffraction test, in-situ test and laboratory test, the particle composition, mineral composition, mechanical properties, permeability and consolidation characteristics of soil mass in the vacuum preloading area of a Tianjin blow fill are studied in detail. 2. The vacuum degree, pore water pressure, settlement, horizontal displacement and groundwater level in the treatment of underconsolidated blow fill are analyzed. By using the hyperbolic relation of soil stress and strain and e-p curve, the final settlement calculation formula of underconsolidated blow fill is obtained, and the calculation formula is compared with the measured data without considering lateral deformation, considering lateral deformation and simplifying the method. The comparison results show that the former two methods are in good agreement with the measured results. By using the numerical calculation software, the consistency between the field measured data and the calculated results is compared, and the reasons for the deviation between the two are simply analyzed in combination with the actual construction conditions.
