道路沥青性能的综合分析与评价

【摘要】:随着经济的突飞猛进,我国的公路事业也迅速发展起来,尤其是高速公路的发展取得了令人瞩目的成绩。沥青路面作为高速公路的主要路面形式,还存在很多路面病害,如车辙、裂缝和水损坏等等。因此,道路沥青作为沥青路面的重要的道路建筑材料,其性能的优良直接关系到整个沥青路面的质量,所以对其性能的研究是非常重要的。本文主要对道路沥青的性能进行了综合分析和评价。 本文主要通过对五种基质沥青和五种SBS改性沥青的高温性能、低温性能、感温性能和老化性能四个方面做了沥青性能指标的分析。沥青为多指标材料,先从每个性能的优劣出发对基质沥青和SBS改性沥青进行了优劣排名,,然后总结沥青的这四种性能,提出一个粗略地综合评价沥青性能的评分标准,主要对多种沥青的室内试验,通过得到的实验数据分析了沥青的路用性能,得到了评价沥青优劣的方法。首先是对相同标号(70#)的5种基质沥青和5种SBS改性沥青进行了高温性能、低温性能、感温性能和老化性能的分析与评价,分析了沥青的老化规律,包括沥青老化后三大指标的变化规律和沥青老化后组分的变化规律,并分析了沥青的组分与沥青路用性能之间的关系;其次是把沥青的评价指标综合起来分析沥青性能的优劣,提出一种评价沥青综合性能的简易评分标准,以此来判别沥青的优劣;最后通过对沥青混合料路用性能的验证,得出这种评分方法在评价道路沥青性能方面的可行性,为我国的沥青性能评价提供一种可行的参考方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, China's highway industry has also developed rapidly, especially the highway development has made remarkable achievements. Asphalt pavement, as the main pavement form of expressway, still has many pavement diseases, such as rutting, crack and water damage and so on. Therefore, as an important road building material of asphalt pavement, the performance of asphalt is directly related to the quality of the whole asphalt pavement, so it is very important to study its performance. In this paper, the performance of road asphalt is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated. In this paper, five kinds of asphalt matrix and five kinds of SBS modified asphalt are analyzed in four aspects: high temperature performance, low temperature performance, temperature sensing property and aging property. Asphalt is a multi-index material. This paper first ranks the base asphalt and the SBS modified asphalt according to each performance, then summarizes the four properties of asphalt, and puts forward a standard for evaluating the asphalt performance in a rough and comprehensive way. The road performance of asphalt is analyzed based on the experimental data, and the method of evaluating asphalt is obtained. Firstly, five kinds of base asphalt and five kinds of SBS modified asphalt with the same grade (70#) were analyzed and evaluated for their high temperature, low temperature, temperature sensing and aging properties, and the aging rules of asphalt were analyzed. It includes the change law of three major indexes after asphalt aging and the change law of asphalt component after aging, and analyzes the relationship between asphalt component and asphalt road performance, secondly, synthesizes the evaluation index of asphalt to analyze the quality of asphalt performance. This paper puts forward a simple scoring standard to evaluate the comprehensive performance of asphalt, which is used to judge the quality of asphalt. Finally, the feasibility of this scoring method in evaluating the performance of road asphalt is obtained by verifying the pavement performance of asphalt mixture. It provides a feasible reference method for asphalt performance evaluation in China.
