钢波纹管涵洞受力和变形特性离心模型试验研究

【摘要】:随着我国公路交通事业的快速发展,横穿高速公路的涵洞数量日益增多,各式各样的涵洞结构型式也不断涌现,在众多涵洞结构形式中,近年来在涵洞工程中迅速得到发展和广泛应用的钢波纹管涵洞由于其自身的柔性、高强度、优良的适应地基与基础变形的能力且具有自重轻、运输方便、施工简单且施工工期短、造价低、对地基扰动小等优点正日益受到工程研究人员的广泛关注。但国内对其在工程中的受力与变形特性的研究相对起步较晚,在行业内还未形成系统成熟的理论,在此背景之下,本文依托山西龙城高速公路在晋中市榆次区为高填方路基汛期排水而设的钢波纹管涵洞工程,对钢波纹管涵洞进行了室内试验研究,鉴于离心模型试验相对其他模型试验较能真实反映原型的应力状态,将钢波纹管模型置于离心应力场中,利用传感器测量其在不同工况下的应力应变,并结合有限元分析软件ANSYS对涵管模型进行数值模拟,得出在不同试验工况下其应力应变的变化规律,结果表明: 钢波纹管涵洞的管顶、管侧沿着波形(断面)方向呈现出不同的应力应变变化趋势,波峰和波谷处以及内侧和外侧、切向和轴向的应力应变呈现出管顶与管侧相反的拉压变化规律,另外,钢波纹管的受力在涵管与路基主线夹角、填土高度,涵管直径变化时呈现出不同的变化规律,最终经分析确定其最佳施工方案,将理论研究成果综合应用到所依托工程中,对钢波纹管施工技术的应用和推广起到一定的理论和实践指导作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway traffic in our country, the number of culverts across the highway is increasing day by day, and various culvert structure types are emerging, among which, In recent years, the steel bellows culvert, which has been rapidly developed and widely used in culvert engineering, is easy to transport because of its flexibility, high strength, excellent ability to adapt to the deformation of foundation and foundation. The advantages of simple construction, short construction period, low cost and small disturbance to the foundation have been paid more and more attention by engineering researchers. However, the domestic research on its mechanical and deformation characteristics in engineering started relatively late, and the theory of system maturity has not been formed in the industry. Under this background, Based on the steel corrugated pipe culvert project of Shanxi Longcheng Expressway in Yuci District of Jinzhong City for drainage of high embankment during flood season, an indoor test study on the steel corrugated pipe culvert is carried out in this paper. In view of the fact that the centrifugal model test can truly reflect the stress state of the prototype compared with other model tests, the steel bellows model is placed in the centrifugal stress field and its stress and strain under different working conditions are measured by the sensor. With the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the model of culvert is numerically simulated, and the variation law of stress and strain is obtained under different test conditions. The results show that the top of the culvert of corrugated steel pipe is the top of the culvert. The tube side shows different stress-strain variation trend along the direction of waveform (section). The stress and strain at the peak and trough, inside and outside, tangential and axial direction, show the opposite tension and compression law between the top of the tube and the tube side, in addition, the stress and strain at the wave peak and the trough are opposite to those of the tube side. The stress of steel corrugated pipe varies with the angle between culvert and subgrade main line, filling height and culvert diameter. Finally, the best construction scheme is determined by analysis, and the theoretical research results are applied to the project. It plays a guiding role in theory and practice for the application and popularization of steel bellows construction technology.
