多聚磷酸与SBS复合改性沥青改性工艺研究

【摘要】:研究了多聚磷酸(PPA)掺量、发育温度、发育时间、PPA添加顺序对多聚磷酸与SBS聚合物复合改性沥青改性性能和储存稳定性的影响。根据本文的研究结果,推荐PPA与SBS复合改性沥青的最佳PPA掺量为0.5%~1.0%,最佳发育温度为170℃。在生产PPA与SBS复合改性沥青时,首先应加入SBS改性剂,待SBS溶胀后再加入PPA,如此复合改性沥青可获得较好的使用性能和储存稳定性。
