沥青路面冷补材料及修补技术研究

【摘要】:通过对国内外十余种沥青路面冷补材料的研究,发现国内市场上出售的沥青路面冷补材料,其高低温、水稳定性、力学性能、黏聚性及施工和易性等指标不同程度上存在较大缺陷,只能作为病害临时处治措施。同时国外冷补料的性能相对好一些,但价格是国内沥青路面冷补材料的数倍,使许多养护单位难以接受,这就给沥青路面的冬季规范养护造成一定的影响,尽而严重影响了公路的服务水平和使用性能。 本项目在调查河南省南北公路现状,小修养护状况的基础上,根据河南省独特的气候条件以及自然环境特征,选择国内外几种有代表性的路面冷补材料,通过马歇尔初始稳定度、成型稳定度、冻融劈裂试验、残留稳定度、黏附性、施工和易性、黏聚性等室内试验,系统的研究了路面冷补材料的路用性能,并分析其形成机理及影响因素。 通过对沥青、级配以及稀释降黏剂的对比试验,,开发出新型的、耐久的适应于河南高等级沥青混凝土路面坑槽修补的沥青路面冷补材料(简称NH沥青路面冷补材料)。提出了NH沥青路面冷补材料的关键指标评价体系,以及三种NH沥青路面冷补材料配制方法和适用范围,并进行了造价分析。结果表明:生产1吨常温型沥青路面冷补材料,NH沥青路面冷补材料比国内同类产品能便宜20%以上;生产1吨低温型沥青路面冷补材料,NH沥青路面冷补材料比国内同类产品能便宜10%左右;生产1吨低温型沥青路面冷补材料,NH沥青路面冷补材料比国外同类产品能便宜200%以上。
[Abstract]:Through the study of more than ten kinds of asphalt pavement cold repair materials at home and abroad, it is found that the asphalt pavement cold repair materials sold in the domestic market have high and low temperature, water stability and mechanical properties. The indexes of cohesion, construction and ease of operation have great defects in varying degrees, which can only be used as temporary treatment measures for diseases. At the same time, the performance of cold replenishment abroad is relatively good, but the price is several times higher than that of domestic asphalt pavement cold filling material, which makes it difficult for many maintenance units to accept, which has a certain impact on the winter standard maintenance of asphalt pavement. It has seriously affected the service level and performance of the highway. On the basis of investigating the present situation and minor repair and maintenance of the north-south highway in Henan Province, according to the unique climatic conditions and natural environment characteristics of Henan Province, several representative pavement cold repair materials at home and abroad are selected in this project. The road performance of pavement cold filling materials was systematically studied by means of Marshal initial stability, molding stability, freeze-thaw split test, residual stability, adhesion, construction and ease of construction, cohesion and other laboratory tests. The formation mechanism and influencing factors were analyzed. Through the comparative test of asphalt, gradation and dilution viscosity reducer, a new type of asphalt pavement cold repair material (NH asphalt pavement cold repair material) suitable for pothole repair of Henan high grade asphalt concrete pavement is developed. The key index evaluation system of NH asphalt pavement cold repair material is put forward, and three kinds of NH asphalt pavement cold repair material preparation method and applicable range are put forward, and the cost analysis is carried out. The results show that the cold filling material of NH asphalt pavement is more than 20% cheaper than that of the same kind of domestic products when 1 ton of normal temperature asphalt pavement cold repair material is produced. The cold repair material of 1 ton low temperature asphalt pavement is produced, and the cold repair material of NH asphalt pavement is about 10% cheaper than that of the same kind of domestic products. The cold repair material of 1 ton low temperature asphalt pavement is produced, and the cold repair material of NH asphalt pavement is more than 200% cheaper than that of the same kind of foreign products.
