某不等跨连续梁桥施工组织设计

【摘要】:施工组织设计是项目管理的总规划,是指导技术管理以及现场施工的综合性经济技术文件,科学适当的施工组织设计能够为施工工程起到指导和协调作用。施工单位认真编制切实可行的实施性施工组织设计非常重要。随着我国经济体制改革的深化和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,施工现场管理也出现了诸多的矛盾和问题。无庸置疑,施工现场中的管理是项目管理中占有重要成分的组成部分,其起着十分重要的作用,且具有良好的实践指导意义。 建设项目需要进行多方面的工作才能开展并达到预期的效果。公路的建设包括决策、设计、材料设备采购、施工和竣工验收等多个环节。从我国目前的工程建设经验来看,只有严格按照基本程序运行才能取得更好的投资效果。因而当前更应强调按基本程序开展各项工程建设工作,从而使建设管理稳步前进,实现建设工程质量、进度以及成本的最优。 大桥建设项目是一项复杂而庞大的工程。为了能顺利完成这个项目,在项目规划决策的不同阶段,以及相关问题,如系统规划工作之间的施工顺序,持续时间和相互衔接的适当的内容建设工作,特别是对项目整体进度产生影响的施工现场布局,对进行建设重点和难点对建设项目影响进行详细的研究,而对在实施问题的过程中可能出现的情况做好应急预案,这充分体现了项目组织设计和施工现场管理的目标和意义。 本文通过查阅国内外文献,参考优秀的施工组织案例,归纳总结施工组织设计中存在的主要问题、指导原则和主要内容,分析施工组织设计对项目施工组织设计与项目质量计划的相互关系,并采用横道图法和网络计划图法,设计了一种切实可行的施工组织结构模式,提出了施工组织总体部署设计的内容和步骤、施工组织设计审核要素、程序和方法。结合南通市某区段高等级公路的实际情况,编制了科学、有效的实施性施工组织设计,质量保证体系,安全保证体系,环境保证体系及临时交通组织方案,并介绍了辅助工程和结构工程相应部分的具体施工方案,有效地指导了该工程的顺利实施,取得了很好的质量和进度控制效果。研究成果对提高类似工程施工组织具有重要的指导作用。
[Abstract]:Construction organization design is the general plan of project management, and it is a comprehensive economic and technical document to guide technical management and site construction. Scientific and appropriate construction organization design can play a guiding and coordinating role in construction project. It is very important for construction units to conscientiously compile feasible practical construction organization design. With the deepening of China's economic system reform and the gradual establishment of socialist market economy system, there are many contradictions and problems in construction site management. There is no doubt that the management in the construction site is an important part of project management, which plays a very important role and has good practical guiding significance. Construction projects need to carry out a variety of work in order to carry out and achieve the desired results. Highway construction includes decision-making, design, material and equipment procurement, construction and completion acceptance and so on. From the current engineering construction experience in our country, only by strictly following the basic procedures can we achieve better investment results. Therefore, at present, emphasis should be placed on carrying out all kinds of engineering construction work according to the basic procedures, so as to make the construction management move forward steadily and realize the optimization of the quality, progress and cost of the construction project. The bridge construction project is a complex and huge project. In order to successfully complete the project, at different stages of the project planning and decision-making, as well as related issues, such as the construction sequence between the system planning work, the duration and the appropriate content construction work that connects with each other, In particular, the layout of the construction site, which has an impact on the overall progress of the project, makes a detailed study on the impact of the key and difficult points of the construction on the construction project, and makes a good emergency plan for the situations that may occur in the process of implementing the problems. This fully reflects the goal and significance of project organization design and construction site management. By consulting the domestic and foreign literature and referring to the excellent construction organization cases, this paper sums up the main problems, guiding principles and main contents in the construction organization design. This paper analyzes the relationship between the construction organization design and the project quality plan, and designs a feasible construction organization structure mode by using the crosswalk diagram method and the network plan diagram method. The contents and steps of the overall deployment design of construction organization, the audit elements, procedures and methods of construction organization design are put forward. Combined with the actual situation of a section of high grade highway in Nantong City, a scientific and effective practical construction organization design, quality assurance system, safety assurance system, environmental assurance system and temporary traffic organization scheme have been worked out. The concrete construction scheme of the auxiliary engineering and the corresponding part of the structural engineering is introduced, which effectively guides the smooth implementation of the project and obtains good quality and progress control results. The research results play an important guiding role in improving the construction organization of similar projects.
