【摘要】:滚动转子压缩机以其结构简单、体积小、重量轻的优点广泛应用于家用空调器和冰箱中。目前,在2.2KW以下空调器中,没有可以替代滚动转子压缩机的较好机型。国内外对其研究不断深入,向节能环保、降低噪声和智能控制的方向发展。排气阀片是压缩机的关键零件之一,它设计的好坏直接影响压缩机的排气量、功耗和可靠性。本文采用数值模拟的方法来研究滚动转子压缩机气缸腔和消音盖腔的流场、排气阀片的运动规律及其对压缩机性能的影响。 本文采用三维软件(Solidworks)按实际尺寸建立滚动转子压缩机的几何模型。模型包括吸气口、排气口、气缸腔和消音盖腔(A和B部分)。采用ICEM CFD软件对几何模型划分网格,其中,气缸腔和消音盖(B部分)划分六面体网格,吸排气口和消音盖(A部分)划分四面体网格。将划分的网格导入到CFX-Pre中,并组成完整的流场,设定边界条件和初始条件,采用RNG κ-ε模型进行模拟。排气阀片在运动过程中,阀片受到流体的冲击作用,同时阀片的运动对流场的分布又产生影响,求解方法涉及到流固耦合领域,采用Worlkbench+CFX+Ansys软件组合来实现其数值模拟。通过Fortran程序控制气缸腔和消音盖(B部分)流场区域的网格更新(即动网格的实现)。 本文模拟了采用相同升程不同厚度、不同升程相同厚度阀片的滚动转子压缩机,并对结果进行比较分析。将模拟结果与理论循环、实际工作状态相对比验证模拟的准确性。所采用数值模拟方法可以应用到工程实际中,为压缩机改型及阀片设计提供一种重要的分析手段。
[Abstract]:Rolling rotor compressor with its simple structure, small volume, light weight advantages are widely used in household air conditioners and refrigerators. At present, in the following 2.2KW air conditioner, can not replace good models of rolling rotor compressor. The research on it further, to energy conservation and environmental protection, noise reduction and intelligent control of the direction of development. The exhaust valve is one of the key parts of the compressor, the compressor displacement it directly affects the design quality, power consumption and reliability. In this paper, to study the flow field of rolling rotor compressor cylinder cavity and silencing cover cavity by the method of numerical simulation, the motion law of exhaust valve plate and its influence on the performance of the compressor.
This paper uses 3D software (Solidworks) to establish the geometric model of the rotary compressor according to the actual size. The model includes air inlet, outlet, cylinder cavity and silencing cover cavity (A and B) by using ICEM CFD software. The geometric model of mesh, cylinder cavity and silencing cover (part B) Division of hexahedral meshes the suction and exhaust and silencing cover (part A). The division of tetrahedral mesh mesh Import Division to CFX-Pre, and form a complete set of flow field, boundary conditions and initial conditions, using RNG k-e model. The exhaust valve in the moving process, the valve under the impact of fluid, and motion the flow field distribution of valve impact, solving method related to fluid solid coupling field, using Worlkbench+CFX+Ansys software to achieve the combination of the numerical simulation. Through the Fortran program to control the cylinder cavity and the silencing cover (part B) flow field The updating of the grid (that is, the implementation of the dynamic grid).
This paper simulated the same lift with different thickness, different lift rolling rotor compressor valve of the same thickness, the results were analyzed and compared. The simulation results with the theoretical cycle, accuracy of the actual working conditions compared to validate the simulation. The numerical simulation method can be applied to engineering practice, provides an important analysis method for compressor retrofit and valve design.
