电站阀门数字化设计技术与系统研究

【摘要】:阀门是电站中控制和调节传输介质流量和压力的关键设备,对电站的正常运行有重要的影响,是容易造成安全隐患的设备。我国所有特种阀门基本依赖进口,提高国内企业电站阀门的设计研发水平是目前急需解决的关键问题。因此,开发集数据管理、特性分析、优化设计于一体的阀门数字化设计系统,有重要的实际意义。 本文对阀门数据管理方法、基于知识的阀门特性分析技术、基于特性分析的结构优化技术以及数字化设计系统开发技术等进行了研究,并在此基础上开发了阀门数字化设计系统。 在分析系统需求的基础上,研究电站阀门数字化设计系统的总体框架结构,细化系统的主要工作流程及其功能结构;研究系统的数据库设计和开发方法,采用SQL Server完成数据库的建立,通过研究数据库的连接技术,实现系统的数据管理。 对电站阀门结构静力、热应力、振动模态等多学科特性分析过程进行研究,完成对拓扑不变的阀门通用特性分析模板的编写,通过分析ANSYS的集成信息交互过程,完成基于模板的阀门仿真分析,实现仿真分析过程中信息的传递与共享。 采用数理统计的回归分析方法,,研究阀体结构参数与其性能间的映射关系,建立结构参数与性能间的数理模型;研究阀门结构优化问题,实现面向特性分析的阀门结构优化设计。 采用目前主流开发技术,基于上述关键技术开发电站阀门数字化设计系统,实现从设计、仿真到最后结构优化的全过程数据管理,提高阀门的设计质量和设计效率。
[Abstract]:Valve is the key equipment in power station to control and regulate the flow and pressure of transmission medium. It has an important influence on the normal operation of the power station, and is the equipment which can easily cause the hidden trouble of safety. All special valves in our country basically rely on imports. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to develop a digital valve design system which integrates data management, characteristic analysis and optimization design. In this paper, the method of valve data management, the technology of valve characteristic analysis based on knowledge, the technology of structure optimization based on characteristic analysis and the development technology of digital design system are studied. On this basis, a digital valve design system is developed. On the basis of analyzing the requirement of the system, the overall frame structure of the digital design system of power station valve is studied, the main work flow and function structure of the system are refined, the database design and development method of the system are studied. The database is established by SQL Server, and the data management of the system is realized by studying the connection technology of the database. This paper studies the multi-disciplinary characteristic analysis process of power station valve structure, such as static, thermal stress, vibration mode and so on, completes the compilation of the general characteristic analysis template of valve with invariant topology, and analyzes the interactive process of integrated information of ANSYS. The valve simulation analysis based on template is completed, and the information transmission and sharing in the simulation analysis process is realized. By means of mathematical statistical regression analysis, the mapping relationship between valve body structure parameters and its performance is studied, the mathematical model between structure parameters and performance is established, and the problem of valve structure optimization is studied. The valve structure optimization design oriented to characteristic analysis is realized. The digital design system of power plant valve is developed based on the current mainstream development technology. The whole process data management from design, simulation to final structure optimization is realized, and the design quality and design efficiency of the valve are improved.
