基于精益思想的磁体生产系统建模、仿真及优化

【摘要】:为提高产品质量,提升市场占有率,制造企业纷纷引入并实施精益生产,以消除浪费、缩短生产周期、提升工作效率以及实现准时交货。论文以某大型医疗设备制造企业的核心部门——磁体生产系统为研究对象,从精益生产思想的角度出发,并结合计算机仿真技术,对生产系统进行分析和优化,有效提高了系统运行效率,降低了系统运行成本。本文完成的主要工作如下: 1.阐述了精益生产的核心思想和离散事件系统建模仿真分析的原理,并分析了磁体生产系统中存在的主要问题,提出基于精益思想的磁体生产系统建模仿真分析的设计框架。 2.简述了布局设计的概念、目标和几种典型的布局类型,建立了磁体生产系统的Em-Plant布局模型,并基于最小物料搬运量进行了仿真分析及优化,得到了合理的生产布局,,缩小了磁体生产车间物料的搬运量。 3.研究了遗传算法求解作业车间生产调度问题的相关理论和方法,结合磁体生产系统中零部件生产车间的特点,提出了零部件生产车间基于工序编码的遗传算法优化设计框架,建立了车间作业调度问题的仿真模型;基于最小化完工时间,应用Em-Plant提供的GA模块进行了优化设计,得到了合理的车间作业调度策略,缩短了零部件生产周期。 4.建立了磁体生产系统装配作业生产过程仿真模型,发现了装配过程中各工序工作效率极低。为解决该问题,以装配作业各工序间搬运小车数量为优化目标进行了建模仿真分析及优化,得到了不同要求下合理的小车数量,提高了生产效率。
[Abstract]:In order to improve product quality and market share, manufacturing enterprises introduce and implement lean production one after another to eliminate waste, shorten production cycle, improve work efficiency and realize delivery on time.Taking the magnet production system, the core department of a large medical equipment manufacturing enterprise, as the research object, this paper analyzes and optimizes the production system from the point of view of lean production thought and computer simulation technology.The efficiency of the system is improved and the running cost of the system is reduced.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.This paper expounds the core idea of lean production and the principle of discrete event system modeling and simulation analysis, analyzes the main problems existing in the magnet production system, and puts forward a design framework for the modeling and simulation analysis of the magnet production system based on lean thought.2.The concept, objective and several typical layout types of the layout design are briefly introduced. The Em-Plant layout model of the magnet production system is established, and the simulation analysis and optimization based on the minimum material handling quantity are carried out, and the reasonable production layout is obtained.The material handling capacity in the magnet production workshop is reduced.3.This paper studies the theory and method of genetic algorithm (GA) for solving job shop production scheduling problem. Combining with the characteristics of parts workshop in magnet production system, a genetic algorithm optimization design framework based on process coding for parts production workshop is proposed.The simulation model of job shop scheduling problem is established, based on minimizing the completion time, the GA module provided by Em-Plant is used to optimize the design, and a reasonable job scheduling strategy is obtained, which shortens the production cycle of parts.4.The simulation model of assembly production process in magnet production system is established, and it is found that the working efficiency of each process is very low.In order to solve this problem, the number of carts in assembly operations was simulated and optimized with the objective of optimization. The reasonable number of cars was obtained under different requirements, and the production efficiency was improved.
