面向绿色制造的刀具几何角度的优化选择

【摘要】:在传统制造业中,人们通常更关注经济效益而忽视环境和资源等问题。随着当今社会环境与资源问题日益严重,绿色制造技术越来越受到人们的重视。刀具在制造业中占有重要的地位。刀具的角度决定了刀具切削部分的形状和用途,刀具角度选择的是否合理不仅影响切削过程,而且最终还会影响工件的质量[3]。因此合理地选择刀具角度对于提高产品绿色性能非常重要。考虑到刀具几何角度选择时的多准则、多目标及多方案问题以及决策者决策的模糊性,文章采用了一种判断矩阵为模糊一致判断矩阵的模糊层次分析法来解决该问题。综合考虑了时间、成本、质量、资源和环境五个目标,建立和分析了刀具几何角度的决策以及选择模型,然后根据指标权重以及指标值、可行性方案得分来确定最优的选择方案。最后结合一个阶梯轴加工实例,验证该方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:In the traditional manufacturing industry, people usually pay more attention to the economic benefits and ignore the environment and resources. With the increasingly serious social environment and resource problems, green manufacturing technology has been paid more and more attention. Cutting tools play an important role in manufacturing. The angle of the tool determines the shape and use of the cutting part. Whether the tool angle is reasonable or not will not only affect the cutting process, but also affect the quality of the workpiece [3]. Therefore, it is very important to select the tool angle reasonably to improve the green performance of the product. Considering the multi-criteria, multi-objective and multi-scheme problems of tool geometric angle selection and the fuzziness of decision making, a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), which is a fuzzy uniform judgment matrix, is used to solve the problem in this paper. Considering the five objectives of time, cost, quality, resources and environment, the decision and selection model of tool geometry angle is established and analyzed, and then according to the index weight and index value, The feasibility scheme scores to determine the optimal option. Finally, the feasibility of the method is verified by an example of step shaft machining.
