碎矸体充填条件下煤柱变形数值模拟

【摘要】:为分析煤柱在渐变侧向约束力下的变形规律,以铁法晓南矿的保护煤柱开采实例为研究背景,采用理论分析、室内试验及数值模拟等方法,研究了不同级配矸石的压缩性能及侧压变化规律,建立了煤柱在碎矸体约束下的强度和峰值应力公式,并且推导了煤柱在侧压下的屈服区宽度公式.结果表明:在碎矸体充满或者接近充满采空区的情况下,布置6m采宽,6m柱宽的方案是可行的,煤柱在充填后强度增大,水平位移较之充填前减小,煤柱水平应力值是由底部最大到顶段最小,煤柱塑性区宽度也有所减小.研究结论初步突破了煤柱在侧向约束下的变形认识,为进一步研究充填开采保护煤柱的开采问题提供了理论基础.
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the deformation law of coal pillar under gradually changing lateral binding force, taking the mining example of protected coal pillar in Tiefa Xiaonan Mine as the research background, theoretical analysis, laboratory test and numerical simulation are adopted. The compressibility and lateral pressure variation of gangue with different gradation are studied, and the formula of strength and peak stress of coal pillar under the constraint of gangue body is established. The formula of the yield zone width of coal pillar under lateral pressure is derived. The results show that under the condition that the broken rock body is filled with or close to the goaf, it is feasible to arrange 6m mining width and 6m pillar width, and the strength of coal pillar increases after filling. The horizontal displacement is smaller than that before filling, the horizontal stress value of coal pillar is the minimum from the bottom to the top, and the width of plastic zone of coal pillar is also reduced. It provides a theoretical basis for further study on the mining problem of coal pillar protected by backfill mining.
