双巷布置综采工作面煤柱合理宽度研究

【摘要】:针对察哈素煤矿厚煤层综采工作面因留设煤柱不合理而产生的双巷间围岩变形和破坏问题,利用工程类比、理论分析和数值模拟的方法,研究了巷道失稳原因和煤柱的合理宽度,并在现场进行了煤柱优化试验对研究结果进行验证。结果表明:察哈素煤矿地质及生产条件不适合留设窄煤柱,工作面煤柱宽度不足导致巷道两侧支承压力叠加,使得巷道维护困难。通过对比布设不同煤柱时采场应力、位移和塑性区分布情况,得出该矿合理的煤柱宽度为35m,优化设计有效改善了巷道失稳问题,并且提升了经济效益。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of deformation and failure of surrounding rock between two roadways caused by unreasonable setting of coal pillars in the fully mechanized coal face of thick seam of Chahasu Coal Mine, the method of engineering analogy, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation is used. The cause of roadway instability and the reasonable width of coal pillar are studied, and the results of optimization test of coal pillar in the field are verified. The results show that the geological and production conditions of Chahasu coal mine are not suitable for keeping narrow coal pillar. The insufficient width of coal pillar in working face results in superposition of supporting pressure on both sides of roadway, which makes the maintenance of roadway difficult. By comparing the distribution of stope stress, displacement and plastic zone when different pillars are arranged, It is concluded that the reasonable width of coal pillar is 35 m, and the optimum design can effectively improve the instability of roadway and increase the economic benefit.
