【摘要】:镍是一种具有良好铁磁性的银白色金属,延展性好、熔点高、机械强度大、化学性质稳定、耐氧化,广泛于合金制造、镀镍、催化剂、蓄电池等工业领域。20世纪时,中国镍消费量需求较低,增长比例有限。进入21世纪后,随着不锈钢大量使用,镍消费量也随之高速增长。2013年中国89%镍依靠进口,人均消费量为全球均值的2.4倍,但和美、日等发达国家相比还有一些差距,中国镍需求还有增长余地。预计到2020年,中国将消费110万t镍,缺口高达90~100万t。现阶段人类可以利用的镍矿仅有硫化镍矿、氧化镍矿。60%的镍来自硫化镍矿,硫化镍矿开采日久,资源逐渐枯竭。氧化镍矿分为硅镁镍矿,红土镍矿,目前开发的主要是红土镍矿。提高红土镍矿的选矿效率有助于缓解镍消费缺口。红土镍矿的常规选矿方法有直接酸浸、焙烧-水浸、焙烧-酸浸、焙烧-氨浸。我们可以根据红土镍矿实际,开展新选矿方式探索。本论文以磁选—酸浸流程为依托,在寻求一种经济、方便、易于提镍方法同时,充分利用红土镍矿中铁、镁等有价金属。本论文根据红土镍矿实际,原矿经磁选得到含镍铁精矿,磁选尾矿进行酸浸,得到含镍、铁、镁的浸出液,浸出液除铁后沉镍得到氢氧化镍粗精矿,再沉镁得到产品氢氧化镁。铁精矿含镍1.32%、铁品位64.78%、铁回收率63.46%;氢氧化镍粗精矿含镍10.58%,镍综合回收率为90.39%;氢氧化镁产品中氧化镁含量64.41%,镁回收率47.81%。

This paper is based on the actual laterite ore, containing nickel iron concentrate by magnetic separation, magnetic separation tailings by acid leaching, containing nickel, iron, magnesium leaching solution. The leaching liquid iron nickel hydroxide obtained for rough concentrate, and then get products of magnesium magnesium hydroxide.
