东明露天煤矿非工作帮边坡稳定性分析及治理措施研究

【摘要】:标随着经济的不断发展,煤矿的利用程度不断的加深,而露天矿作为煤矿开采的重要组成形式,如何安全有效的开采成为重要研究课题。东明露天煤矿随着生产的进行,矿坑不断延深,边坡临空面积增大,各岩层构造相继揭露,露天矿边坡稳定性因素和生产的安全问题日益突出。 本文针对东明露天煤矿非工作帮(西帮、南帮)滑坡突出问题,,以边坡为基础收集资料进行现场勘查。 直剪试验结果和破碎带三轴试验结果,破碎带试验干密度为1.64PD凝聚力为5.4进行岩土体物理力学性质试验,得出岩石密度、吸水率、抗压及弹性模量试验成果,并发现岩层的抗压强度、抗剪强度指标较低,密度较低、易风化、吸水率较大等特点。并得出6KPa内摩擦角为14.6度。得出岩土物理力学指推荐值。并从地质条件方面、边坡结构因素、水文条件及生产因素等方面对边坡滑坡的影响进行了分析。 以极限平衡理论为基础,对安全系数的定义、摩尔-库仑强度准则、力平衡条件进行研究。并确定了边坡稳定性分析计算的方法。 现以西帮GK1;南帮滑坡前GK3剖面;南帮滑坡后27测线为研究对象,运用GEO-SLOPE与FLAC3D软件进行计算与数值模拟,得出非工作帮滑坡模拟云图,并对云图进行分析,确定西帮和南帮的合理边坡参数,同事对确定合理边坡参数后的西帮和南帮进行了模拟分析,最后对边坡的变形破坏提出防治措施。 最终确保在非工作帮边坡稳定的基础上,减少剥离量,相对增加煤的采出量,达到提高经济效益目的,保证露天煤矿生产的安全顺利进行。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the utilization degree of coal mine is deepening. As an important form of coal mining, how to mine safely and effectively becomes an important research topic.With the development of Dongming opencast coal mine, the pit continues to deepen, the face area of slope increases, the structure of each rock layer is exposed one after another, and the factors of slope stability and the safety problems in production become more and more prominent.Aiming at the problem of landslide outburst in Dongming opencast coal mine, this paper collects data on the basis of slope to carry out site survey.The results of direct shear test and triaxial test of broken zone show that the dry density of broken zone test is 1.64PD cohesive force, and the physical and mechanical properties of rock and soil are tested, and the results of rock density, water absorption, compression resistance and modulus of elasticity are obtained.It is also found that the compressive strength, shear strength, density, weathering and water absorption of rock strata are low.The internal friction angle of 6KPa is 14. 6 degrees.The recommended value of physical mechanics of rock and soil is obtained.The influence of slope landslide is analyzed from geological conditions, slope structure factors, hydrological conditions and production factors.Based on the limit equilibrium theory, the definition of safety factor, Mohr Coulomb strength criterion and force equilibrium condition are studied.The reasonable slope parameters of the west side and the south side are determined. The west side and the south side are simulated and analyzed after the reasonable slope parameters are determined. Finally, the prevention and cure measures for the deformation and failure of the slope are put forward.Finally, on the basis of the stability of the non-working side slope, the quantity of stripping is reduced, the amount of coal produced is increased relatively, the economic benefit is improved, and the production of open pit coal mine is ensured to be safe and smooth.
