巴润铁矿选别工艺及综合利用研究

【摘要】:目前巴润矿业公司主要是选铁,而原矿中的稀土元素随着尾矿进入尾矿坝,资源没有得到充分利用。因此在选铁的基础上探索回收稀土,提高资源的综合利用率是非常有意义的。 本论文对巴润矿业提供的矿样进行了铁和稀土的综合回收利用研究,取得了良好的试验效果。试验结果表明: (1)比较原矿直接磨矿磁选工艺与原矿阶段磨矿磁选工艺结果显示,两种工艺所得精矿指标相差不大,但单从选铁的角度考虑,采用阶段磨矿阶段选别工艺,可以在细磨前抛出大部分品位较低的尾矿,因此推荐采用阶段磨矿-弱磁选工艺。 (2)兼顾稀土的综合回收,采用阶段磨矿-弱磁选工艺回收铁,可得到铁精矿产率为10.92%、品位为66.41%、回收率为50.93%;磁选尾矿采用一次粗选-一次扫选-五次精选工艺回收稀土,可获得稀土精矿品位为30.10%、回收率为45.88%的良好指标,使铁和稀土都得到了回收利用。 (3)氟碳铈矿浮选行为研究表明:在pH值为9.00时,捕收剂BR对氟碳铈矿捕收行为最强;根据矿浆中Ce3+浮选溶液化学计算分析,结果表明是Ce(OH)2+和Ce(OH)2+络合离子吸附于氟碳铈矿表面,从而影响氟碳铈矿的可浮性;通过药剂作用前后颗粒表面ζ-电位以及红外光谱的比较,,可知此BR捕收剂与氟碳铈矿发生了化学吸附。
[Abstract]:At present, Balun Mining Company mainly selects iron, but the rare earth elements in the raw ore enter tailings dam with the tailings, so the resources are not fully utilized. Therefore, it is very meaningful to explore the recovery of rare earth on the basis of iron concentration and to improve the comprehensive utilization ratio of resources. In this paper, the comprehensive recovery and utilization of iron and rare earth from ore samples provided by Balun Mining are studied, and good experimental results are obtained. The results show that: 1) comparing the direct grinding magnetic separation process of raw ore with the grinding magnetic separation process of raw ore stage, the results show that there is no difference in the concentrate index between the two processes, but considering only from the angle of iron dressing, the stage grinding stage separation process is adopted. Most of the tailings with lower grade can be thrown out before fine grinding, so the stage grinding and weak magnetic separation process is recommended. (2) taking into account the comprehensive recovery of rare earths and the recovery of iron by stage grinding and weak magnetic separation, the yield of iron concentrate is 10.92, the grade is 66.41 and the recovery rate is 50.93.The tailings of magnetic separation use one coarse separation, one sweep separation and five cleaning processes to recover rare earths. A good index of recovery rate of 45.88% and grade of 30. 10% of rare earth concentrate can be obtained. Both iron and rare earth have been recovered and utilized. The flotation behavior of fluorocarbon and cerium ore is studied. The results show that the collector Br has the strongest collecting behavior for fluorocarbon and cerium ore at pH 9.0.According to the chemical calculation and analysis of Ce3 flotation solution in pulp, the results show that the complex ions of Ce(OH)2 and Ce(OH)2 adsorb on the surface of fluorocarbon and cerium ore. Therefore, the floatability of fluorocarbon-cerium ore is affected, and the chemisorption of Br collector with fluorocarbon-cerium ore is obtained by comparing the Zeta potential and IR spectra before and after the action of the reagent.
