郭屯煤矿大埋深高地压沿空掘巷锚网支护技术研究与应用

【摘要】:本文通过对沿空采掘巷道围岩的形变特性研究,对围岩失稳力学原理、高强预应力让压锚杆、围岩主动控制技术、平衡支护技术、动态平衡支护理论分析,通过有限元计算优化巷道支护参数。通过工程实例对该支护系统的合理性进行评价,并进一步优化了巷道的支护参数。首先,通过分析了围岩变形和支护抗力的相互作用,煤柱内应力分布规律,确定了窄煤柱护巷的可行性,留设4.5-5m窄小煤柱;其次,分析了锚杆支护系统的效率系数和高强预应力让压锚杆的作用机理,通过设置高强预应力让压锚杆的让压参数来增大支护系统的支护作用实现主控支护;第三,提出了平衡支护技术和动态平衡支护理论,运用平衡支护技术和动态平衡支护理论分析确定,采用支护构造的非对称性布置提高沿空侧的支护效果,保证了巷道围岩稳定性的支护方案;第四,考虑4采区的煤层赋存条件和开采地质特性,运用锚网索联合支护,根据两帮围岩分布特征,帮部采用非对称布置,综合分析,决定对该巷道工作面采用锚网(索)支护的初步设计方案。通过现场观测情况,分析了四采区辅助轨道巷的综合支护效果。动压巷道的顶底板变形均在合理范围内,巷道支护效果较好,证明平衡支护技术可以有效应对动压巷道难以支护的问题,使巷道围岩的应力和位移均达到了平衡。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of roadway along goaf are studied, and the theory of instability mechanics of surrounding rock, high strength prestressing anchor, active control technology of surrounding rock, balance support technology and dynamic equilibrium support theory are analyzed. The supporting parameters of roadway are optimized by finite element calculation. The rationality of the support system is evaluated by an engineering example, and the supporting parameters of the roadway are further optimized. Firstly, by analyzing the interaction between surrounding rock deformation and support resistance, and the distribution law of stress in coal pillar, the feasibility of protecting roadway with narrow coal pillar is determined, and the narrow coal pillar with 4.5-5m narrow pillar is set up. This paper analyzes the efficiency coefficient of bolting system and the mechanism of high-strength pre-stressed pressure-bearing bolt. By setting the parameters of high-strength pre-stressed pressure-bearing bolt to increase the supporting function of the supporting system, the main control support can be realized. The balanced support technology and the dynamic equilibrium support theory are put forward. The balanced support technology and the dynamic equilibrium support theory are used to analyze and determine, and the asymmetrical arrangement of the supporting structure is adopted to improve the support effect along the gob side. The supporting scheme to ensure the stability of surrounding rock of roadway is given. Fourthly, considering the coal seam occurrence condition and mining geological characteristics in No. 4 mining area, the combined support of anchor, mesh and cable is used, according to the distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock of the two groups, the asymmetric arrangement is adopted in the side wall, and the comprehensive analysis is made. It is decided that the preliminary design scheme of anchor mesh (cable) support should be used in the roadway face. Through field observation, the comprehensive support effect of auxiliary track lane in four mining areas is analyzed. The roof and floor deformation of the dynamic pressure roadway is in the reasonable range, and the roadway support effect is better. It is proved that the balanced support technology can effectively deal with the problem that the dynamic pressure roadway is difficult to support, which makes the stress and displacement of the surrounding rock of the roadway reach balance.
