锡铁山铅锌矿选矿工艺沿革评述

【摘要】:锡铁山铅锌矿矿石中主要金属矿物为黄铁矿、铁闪锌矿、方铅矿,矿石中有用矿物以交代结构为主,嵌布粒度较粗,属易选矿石类型。为高效综合回收铅锌矿石资源,并为选矿厂技术改造提供技术依据,分析了该选厂建立以来工艺流程的变革情况。分析认为,在早期采用的选矿工艺流程及药剂条件下,存在锌回收率不高、伴生金银回收率较低及黄铁矿未能综合回收等问题。目前选厂确定了Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ系列采用铅优先浮选—锌硫混合浮选—锌硫分离工艺流程,Ⅳ系列采用电位调控浮选流程,取得的各项技术指标稳定、良好。指出了现有选矿工艺存在的问题及以后技术发展的努力方向,对选矿厂下一步工艺流程的升级改造具有指导意义。
[Abstract]:The main metal minerals in Xitieshan lead-zinc ore are pyrite, sphalerite and galena. The useful minerals in the ore are mainly metasomatic structure and coarser grain size.
