东峡煤矿大倾角特厚煤层走向长壁分层综放技术研究

【摘要】:甘肃华能华亭煤业集团有限责任公司东峡煤矿37220工作面煤层厚、倾角大、易燃、煤层结构复杂,若采用水平分段放顶煤法工作面有效长度短,生产能力小,单产低,万吨掘进率高,煤炭回收率低,经济效益差。为使矿井达到高产高效,对工作面综放技术进行了研究。经过理论分析,结合物理相似模拟实验、矿压与顶煤运移观测及现场试验对东峡煤矿37220大倾角特厚煤层工作面走向长壁分层综放技术进行研究。研究结果表明:上分层工作面平均周期来压步距大于下分层工作面,上分层来压的时序性为先下部、次中部、后上部,下分层来压时序为先中部、次上部、后下部,且下分层支架工作阻力普遍大于上分层。随着工作面的推进,上下分层工作面煤层在法线和倾斜方向上,上部顶煤移动速率和移动量一般大于下部顶煤。自上而下放煤时,会出现双漏斗和放煤量的波浪性变化,对倾斜下方煤岩层影响很小;自下而上放煤不会出现双漏斗,对倾斜上方煤岩层影响范围很大。椭球体、放煤漏斗与岩层运移轨迹长轴线始终是一条铅垂线。大倾角煤层放顶煤开采过程中移架、放煤、支架间顶煤漏冒等造成支架顶梁不能接顶、甚至空顶,造成支架倾倒、下滑、尾部偏斜下摆。通过研究,最终确定东峡煤矿37220大倾角特厚煤层上下分层工作面采用两采一放(放煤步距1.2m)、自上而下多轮放煤的工艺。现场试验表明,下分层工作面顶煤回采率高于上分层工作面,并取得了良好的经济效益。同时,为防止该工作面出现飞矸伤人事故,根据工作面实际情况提出了相应防护措施,安全效果显著。
[Abstract]:The coal seam in 37220 face of Dongxia Coal Mine is thick, inclined, flammable and complicated. If the coal face with horizontal sublevel caving method is adopted, the effective length is short, the production capacity is small, and the unit yield is low, if the coal face of Huaneng Huating Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd., Gansu Huaneng Huating Coal Industry Group Ltd. The tunneling rate of ten thousand tons is high, the recovery rate of coal is low, and the economic benefit is poor. In order to achieve high production and high efficiency, the fully mechanized caving technology in coal face was studied. Through theoretical analysis, combined with physical similarity simulation experiment, observation of mine pressure and top coal migration, and field test, the technology of longwall stratified fully mechanized caving working face with 37220 large dip angle and extra thick coal seam in Dongxia Coal Mine is studied. The results show that the average interval of the upper stratification face is larger than that of the lower layer working face, the timing of the upper stratification pressure is the first lower part, the second middle part, the second upper part, the lower upper part, the first middle part, the second upper part, and the second lower part. And the working resistance of the lower layer bracket is generally higher than that of the upper layer. With the advance of the working face, the upper top coal moving rate and movement amount are generally larger than the lower top coal in normal line and inclined direction. When caving from top to bottom, there will be wavy changes of double funnel and coal discharge amount, which has little influence on coal and rock strata below the inclination, but it will not appear double funnel from bottom to top of coal drawing, and has a great influence on coal and rock strata above inclination. The long axis of ellipsoid, coal drawing funnel and strata migration track is always a lead vertical line. In the process of caving coal mining in large inclined coal seam, the roof beam can not be connected with the roof, even the roof is empty, which causes the support toppling, sliding, tail deflection and so on. Through the research, it is finally determined that the top and bottom coal seam of Dongxia coal mine will adopt the technology of two mining and one caving (1.2m distance between coal caving) and multi-wheel caving from top to bottom. The field test shows that the top coal recovery rate of the lower stratified working face is higher than that of the upper stratified working face, and good economic benefits have been obtained. At the same time, in order to prevent the gangue from harming people, the corresponding protective measures are put forward according to the actual situation of the working face, and the safety effect is remarkable.
