难浮煤泥降灰提质探索研究

【摘要】：以临涣选煤厂难浮煤泥为研究对象,先后进行浮选入料的粒度分析、密度分析,现场精煤的粒度分析,结果表明高灰细泥污染是影响精煤质量的主要因素。接着进行煤样的分步释放试验、现场尾矿的扫选试验、煤样的精选试验,结果表明:通过精选,减轻了高灰细泥对精煤的污染,并提高了粗颗粒精煤的回收。
[Abstract]:Taking the difficult floating slime in Linhuan Coal preparation Plant as the research object, the particle size analysis, density analysis and field fine coal size analysis of floatation feed are carried out successively. The results show that the pollution of high ash and fine mud is the main factor affecting the quality of clean coal. Then the step release test of coal sample, the cleaning test of tailings and the cleaning test of coal sample are carried out. The results show that the pollution of high ash and fine mud to the clean coal is reduced, and the recovery of coarse fine coal is improved.
