高预紧力强力支护技术在玉溪煤矿中央回风大巷中的应用

【摘要】:为解决玉溪煤矿深部松软破碎巷道变形大、变形机理复杂的难题,基于巷道围岩地质力学测试,分析了玉溪矿中央回风大巷变形破坏特征及其失稳机理,认为高地应力、低围岩强度和支护方式不合理是造成巷道围岩变形的主要原因。据此提出了高预紧力高强度支护技术,并进行了现场应用。应用结果表明:采用新支护设计方案后,中央回风大巷两帮未有明显变形,总变形量在27 mm左右,顶板变形总量更小,约为18 mm,有效控制了巷道的长期流变。
[Abstract]:in ord to solve that difficult problem of large deformation and deformation mechanism of the deep and soft broken tunnel in the Yuxi coal mine, based on the geomechanical test of the surrounding rock of the tunnel, the deformation and failure characteristic and the instability mechanism of the large tunnel in the central return air of the Yuxi mine are analyzed, and the high ground stress is considered, The reason that the strength of low surrounding rock and the way of supporting is unreasonable is the main cause of the deformation of the surrounding rock of the tunnel. In this paper, the high-strength supporting technology with high pre-tightening force is put forward, and the field application is carried out. The results show that, after the design of the new support, there is no obvious deformation of the two sides of the central air return roadway, the total deformation is about 27 mm, the total deformation of the top plate is less, about 18 mm, and the long-term flow of the tunnel is effectively controlled.
