难选胶磷矿复配捕收剂的研制及协同作用机理研究

【摘要】:针对大峪口某难选胶磷矿,对比不同捕收剂的浮选效果,选择效果最佳的作为该矿样的捕收剂并与油酸钠复配。探讨了复配捕收剂的协同作用机理,并通过试验结果拟合公式确定了该捕收剂的最佳复配比例。试验结果表明,通过采用1正1反1扫的试验流程,可获得磷精矿P2O5品位28.66%、产率52.06%、综合回收率78.81%的浮选指标;确定采用AES作为捕收剂与油酸钠进行复配,其最佳复配比例为6∶4,与理论计算结果相符。
[Abstract]:Aiming at a refractory phosphate rock in Dayukou, the flotation effect of different collector is compared, and the best collector is selected as the collector and combined with sodium oleate. The synergistic mechanism of the compound collector was discussed, and the optimum compound proportion of the collector was determined by the fitting formula of the experimental results. The experimental results show that the P2O5 grade of phosphorus concentrate is 28.66%, the yield is 52.06%, and the comprehensive recovery rate is 78.81%, and the optimum compound ratio of AES as collector and sodium oleate is 6 鈮,
