农业高校校企合作模式的探索与实践

【摘要】：校企合作是高等院校深化教育体制改革、培养创新型人才的必然趋势,党的十八届五中全会围绕"提高教育质量"这一主线,提出加强校企合作、推进"双创型"人才培养的战略目标。论文以西北农林科技大学某学院为例,针对农业高校校企合作存在的重量不重质、合作层次不深入、合作目标不清晰、合作不稳定等问题,提出并实践"合作就业"的校企合作新模式,以期为高校校企合作机制的深入研究提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:School-enterprise cooperation is an inevitable trend for colleges and universities to deepen the reform of the educational system and cultivate innovative talents. The Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee proposed to strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises around the main line of "improving the quality of education". The paper takes a college of Northwest Agricultural and Forestry University as an example, aiming at the lack of emphasis on quality, the level of cooperation and the unclear goal of cooperation. This paper puts forward and practices the new mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises in order to provide reference for the further study of the cooperation mechanism of universities and enterprises.
