一株可同时降解毒死蜱和联苯菊酯降解菌的筛选鉴定及其降解特性初探

【摘要】:[目的]筛选及鉴定一株可同时降解毒死蜱和联苯菊酯的降解菌,分析其降解特性。[方法]通过富集培养从污染淤泥中分离降解菌,经形态学特征和16S r DNA序列分析和同源性分析方法,鉴定菌株的分类。通过改变培养条件的单因素的试验,分析初始接种量、温度、p H值和农药初始质量浓度对联合降解的影响。通过GC-MS等分析其主要代谢产物。[结果]降解菌为寡养单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas sp.),降解菌可以单独或者混合降解毒死蜱和联苯菊酯,通过单因素试验研究,发现降解菌混合降解的最优条件:接种菌的最佳初始浓度OD_(600)值为0.5,p H值为7.0,温度为30℃,2种农药初始质量浓度为10 mg/L。毒死蜱的主要代谢产物为3,5,6-TCP,联苯菊酯的主要代谢产物为2-甲基-3-联苯甲醇。[结论]降解菌对环境中毒死蜱和联苯菊酯的生物降解具有较好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:[objective] to screen and identify a biodegradable strain of chlorpyrifos and bifenthrin simultaneously and analyze its degradation characteristics. The taxonomy of the strains was identified by morphological characteristics, 16s r DNA sequence analysis and homology analysis. The initial inoculation amount was analyzed by changing the single factor test of culture conditions. The effect of temperature pH value and initial mass concentration of pesticide on the combined degradation was studied. The main metabolites were analyzed by GC-MS et al. [results] the degrading bacteria were Stenotrophomonas sp., and the degrading bacteria could be used to degrade chlorpyrifos and bifenthrin alone or in mixture.
