利用牛粪浓浆水为原料的光合细菌发酵研究

【摘要】:畜禽养殖污染是造成我国农村面源污染的主要原因之一.传统的畜禽粪便处理方式是通过一系列处理方法使其达标排放,浪费了其中大量的有机物、氨氮等物质.以牛粪水为处理对象,首先筛选破胶剂对其进行预处理,再将其作为微生物培养基,进行光合细菌培养.实验结果表明:在牛粪水中加入破胶剂JP-1处理后得到的上清液作为培养基原料,在温度为35.5℃、pH值为7.67~7.98、最佳光照时间为48 h的条件下培养光合细菌,其菌液吸光度达到2.185.;因此,以牛粪水为原料的光合细菌培养方法具有可行性.
[Abstract]:Livestock and poultry pollution is one of the main causes of non-point source pollution in rural areas of China. The traditional disposal method of livestock and poultry dung is a series of treatment methods to make it discharge up to the standard, which waste a lot of organic matter, ammonia nitrogen and so on. The bovine dung water was used as the treatment object. Firstly, the gel breaking agent was selected to pretreat it, and then it was used as the microbial medium for the cultivation of photosynthetic bacteria.
