金蝶K3系统在企业中的应用

【摘要】：随着我国经济的快速发展,我国企业所面临的市场竞争日趋激烈。面对激烈的竞争,企业管理中的许多问题逐渐暴露。在当今信息化的时代,企业为了求生存、求发展,进而在竞争中立于不败之地,自身的信息化建设已成为企业的必然选择,因此,ERP也成为众多企业的理性选择。然而,在ERP系统的实施和应用实践中还存在着许多问题。虽然ERP的理念和方法的出现以及ERP软件系统应用都已经有许多年了,但是对于任何一个开始实施应用ERP系统的企业来说,仍然是新生事物。虽然有许多的企业花了很多钱购买了ERP系统,但是,不能充分发挥ERP系统的作用甚至与应用失败的企业也为数不少。这是因为ERP系统的实施应用涉及到企业中从高层领导到广大员工的几乎所有人员,以及企业运营的全过程,是一项复杂的系统工程。因此,必须结合本企业的实际情况精心计划和组织、稳步实施,才能获得预期的效果。论文作者长期从事网络信息化建设的工作,是公司信息化项目的实施小组成员。公司信息化建设在企业发展中具有举足轻重的作用,只有企业的综合国际竞争力得到了提高,信息化建设进程的加速,企业才能够快速发展。本人深深的体会到信息化实施后企业在经营机制以及运行管理等多方面上都有了一个巨大的飞跃,同时也带来了经济效益的提高。本文以ERP信息化管理中的金蝶K3软件在同方人工环境公司的应用进行系统性阐述,旨在破解我国各大企业信息化管理的难题,找出一条我国各大企业信息化应用的思想路径,以便我国各大企业强化内部管理,提高管理水平,增强国际综合竞争力。本文从最初的产品的选型、企业的需求分析,到最终的项目实施,在其中的过程中积累了一些宝贵的经验以供大家参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the market competition faced by Chinese enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. In the face of fierce competition, many problems in enterprise management are gradually exposed. In the era of information technology, enterprises in order to survive, seek development, and then in an invincible position in the competition, their own information construction has become an inevitable choice of enterprises, so ERP has become a rational choice for many enterprises. However, there are still many problems in the implementation and application of ERP system. Although the concept and method of ERP and the application of ERP software system have existed for many years, it is still a new thing for any enterprise that begins to implement ERP system. Although many enterprises have spent a lot of money to buy ERP system, but can not give full play to the role of ERP system, even with the application failure of a large number of enterprises. This is because the implementation of the ERP system involves almost all the personnel from the senior leaders to the vast number of employees in the enterprise, as well as the whole process of the enterprise operation, which is a complex system engineering. Therefore, must combine the actual situation of the enterprise careful planning and organization, steady implementation, in order to achieve the desired results. The author has been engaged in the construction of network information for a long time and is a member of the implementation group of the company's informatization project. The information construction of the company plays an important role in the development of the enterprise. Only when the comprehensive international competitiveness of the enterprise is improved and the process of the information construction is accelerated, the enterprise can develop rapidly. I deeply realize that after the implementation of information technology, the enterprise has made a great leap forward in many aspects, such as management mechanism and operation management, at the same time, it has also brought about the improvement of economic benefits. In this paper, the application of Kingdee K3 software in the information management of ERP in Tongfang artificial Environment Company is systematically expounded in order to solve the problem of information management of the major enterprises in China, and to find out an ideological path for the application of information technology in the major enterprises of our country. In order to strengthen the internal management, improve the management level, enhance the international comprehensive competitiveness. This article from the initial product selection, enterprise demand analysis, to the final project implementation, has accumulated some valuable experience in the process for everybody's reference.
