基于物联网的食品冷链信息检测系统研究

【摘要】:预制调理食品的应用能够节省企业成本并且它的制作标准统一,在餐饮行业的应用逐年提升。预制调理食品采用冷链进行运输和储存,食品仓储和食品运输环节的冷链环境是影响食品品质的重要因素。本研究以传感器技术、无线传输技术和远程终端监控技术为基础,开发了一套基于物联网的冷链监控系统。在冷链仓储环节设计了基于分布式采集的上位机监控系统;在冷链运输环节设计了基于云服务的远程终端监控系统,实现了冷链物流全流程的信息检测及可视化监控的开发目的。论文主要研究内容如下:(1)分析了影响冷链物流中食品品质的主要环境参数,选择了温湿度、二氧化碳和光照等检测传感器,设计了 一种以C8051F380单片机为控制核心的检测装置;提出了基于物联网的冷链环境监控系统的总体方案,确立系统的软硬件结构,完成了系统各个组成部分的功能设计。(2)在冷链仓储环节,采用了分布式监控的方式,利用RS-485总线将多个测试设备连接到PC端;在Visual Studio 2010开发平台上利用VB.NET技术,开发了上位机监控软件。实现了上位机软件的安全登录与退出,数据显示及数据曲线绘制,历史数据查看及报警等功能。(3)在冷链运输环节,结合GPS技术、传感器技术和无线通讯技术,提出了冷链运输车环境终端设计的总体方案;实现了运输车的GPS定位,在ESP8266无线传输模块上二次开发,完成了透明传输功能,实现了在移动终端上设置参数并能实时检测数据的要求。(4)开发了基于B/S架构的远程终端监控平台。配置了阿里云服务器,搭建了 Influxdb时间序列数据库和Grafana前端展示界面的系统管理平台;嵌入谷歌地图并能显示设备的实时位置,实现了冷链系统中远程终端的实时监控。上述研究成果为冷链系统的相关信息实时采集,数据安全可靠传输,智能化监控管理提供了一套比较实用性的解决方案,具有一定的理论价值和应用前景。
[Abstract]:The application of prefabricated conditioning food can save the cost of the enterprise, and its production standard is uniform, and its application in the catering industry has been improved year by year. Cold chain is used to transport and store prefabricated food. The cold chain environment of food storage and food transportation is an important factor affecting food quality. Based on sensor technology, wireless transmission technology and remote terminal monitoring technology, a cold chain monitoring system based on Internet of things is developed. In the cold chain storage link, the host computer monitoring system based on distributed acquisition is designed, and the remote terminal monitoring system based on cloud service is designed in the cold chain transportation link. The purpose of information detection and visual monitoring of cold chain logistics is realized. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the main environmental parameters affecting food quality in cold chain logistics are analyzed, temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide and light sensors are selected, and a kind of detecting device with C8051F380 single chip microcomputer as the control core is designed. This paper puts forward the overall scheme of the cold chain environment monitoring system based on the Internet of things, establishes the software and hardware structure of the system, completes the functional design of each component of the system, and adopts the method of distributed monitoring in the cold chain storage. Several test devices are connected to the PC by RS-485 bus, and the monitoring software of host computer is developed on the Visual Studio 2010 development platform using VB.NET technology. The functions of safe logon and exit of PC software, data display and data curve drawing, historical data viewing and warning are realized in the cold chain transportation link, combined with GPS technology, sensor technology and wireless communication technology, etc. The overall design scheme of the environment terminal of the cold chain transport vehicle is put forward, the GPS positioning of the transport vehicle is realized, and the transparent transmission function is realized through the secondary development of the ESP8266 wireless transmission module. The requirement of setting parameters on mobile terminal and detecting data in real time is realized. The remote terminal monitoring platform based on B / S architecture is developed. The system management platform of Influxdb time series database and Grafana front-end display interface is built with Ali cloud server embedded in Google Maps and the real-time location of equipment can be displayed to realize the real-time monitoring of remote terminals in cold chain system. The above research results provide a practical solution for the real-time collection of relevant information, the safe and reliable transmission of data and the intelligent monitoring and management of the cold chain system, and have certain theoretical value and application prospect.
