南京城市绿道布局与选线研究

【摘要】:19世纪欧美国家城市化的快速发展,给城市带来了交通拥挤、环境污染、居住卫生状况较差等问题。欧美各国实施绿道建设对于缓解城市化发展所引起的负面问题取得了较好的效果。2010年国内首次开展了《珠江三角洲绿道网总体规划》,随后成都、珠江、北京、温州等城市陆续开展绿道的规划与建设。通过近几年的实施,国内关于绿道规划和建设方面已积累了一定的经验,但是总体上仍然缺少系统的理论体系支撑。 南京是国家历史文化名城、园林城市、优秀旅游城市,拥有丰富的山水、历史文化和旅游资源。当前明确提出要“建设现代化国际性人文绿都”,,打造“幸福都市、人文都市、绿色都市”的城市发展目标。因此,本文以南京为例,对绿道布局及线路选择的规划方法进行了研究,以期为南京城市绿道的规划和建设提供参考。 本文首先分析了国内外关于绿道规划的相关理论,通过对美国东海岸绿道、法国卢瓦尔河绿道、珠三角绿道网、成都健康绿道等项目的深入地解析和借鉴,界定了城市绿道的定义、分类和内涵。第二,以南京市为例,提出影响城市绿道布局的主要因素有:城市定位、城市规模、空间布局、地形地貌、历史文化资源、交通网络等。第三,以“生态为基础、特色为灵魂、人本为提升、可行为支撑”为城市绿道组织原则,通过总体规模的确定、满足组团需求、利用各类资源、结合现状道路布局的思路,构建了南京市城市绿道总体布局。第四,从自然山水资源、历史文化资源、线路自身利用情况、线路与周边环境等方面,建立了绿道选线的评价体系,初步形成绿道线路选择的定量方法,通过秦淮河—淳溪方向绿道作为案例,在实践中论证上述方法的可行性。 通过本课题的研究,希望初步建构城市绿道布局与线路选择的方法,为南京科学合理的进行绿道空间布局及线路选择提供有价值的参考,为实现“幸福都市、人文都市、绿色都市”的城市发展目标提供一些建议。
[Abstract]:In 19th century, the rapid development of urbanization in Europe and America brought traffic congestion and environmental pollution to cities. The implementation of green road construction in Europe and the United States has achieved good results in alleviating the negative problems caused by urbanization. In 2010, China launched the "Pearl River Delta Green Road Network" for the first time. "physical planning." Then Chengdu, Pearl River, Beijing, Wenzhou and other cities have carried out the planning and construction of green roads. Through the implementation in recent years, the domestic planning and construction of green roads has accumulated certain experience. But on the whole, there is still a lack of systematic theoretical support. Nanjing is a famous historical and cultural city, a garden city, an excellent tourist city with abundant landscape, historical culture and tourist resources. Therefore, taking Nanjing as an example, this paper studies the planning method of green road layout and route selection. In order to provide reference for the planning and construction of urban green road in Nanjing. This paper first analyzes the relevant theories of green road planning at home and abroad, through the analysis and reference of the green road in the east coast of the United States, the Loire River Green Road in France, the Pearl River Delta Green Road Network, Chengdu Health Green Road and other projects. The definition, classification and connotation of urban green roads are defined. Secondly, taking Nanjing as an example, the main factors influencing the layout of urban green roads are put forward: urban positioning, urban scale, spatial layout, topography and landform. Historical and cultural resources, transportation networks, etc. Third, based on "ecology as the basis, characteristics as the soul, people-oriented for promotion, feasible for the support" for the urban green road organization principle, through the determination of the overall scale, to meet the needs of the group. Using all kinds of resources, combined with the current road layout ideas, the overall layout of the city green road in Nanjing. 4th, from the natural landscape resources, historical and cultural resources, the use of the line itself. In the aspects of line and surrounding environment, the evaluation system of greenway route selection is established, and the quantitative method of greenway route selection is preliminarily formed, which is taken as a case study through Qinhuai River-Chun Xi directional Green Road. The feasibility of the above method is proved in practice. Through the research of this subject, I hope to construct the method of urban green road layout and route selection, provide valuable reference for Nanjing to carry out the space layout and route selection of green road scientifically and reasonably, and to realize "happy city". Humanistic city, green city "the city development goal provides some suggestions."
