【摘要】：大多数人日渐意识到因过度消耗自然资源而导致的环境破坏、污染问题。随着可持续发展原则的提出，人们节约资源、保护生态环境的意识也日益增强。在可持续发展成为经济发展、社会发展和环境保护三大要素协调发展的全球化战略之时，在现今技术水平阶段，绿色建筑成为承载建筑设计、施工及运营各阶段可持续发展的最佳选择，，而绿色建筑的规范化发展势必将依托在科学严谨的绿色建筑评价体系的基础上。本文围绕具体的研究对象，即“香港地域性绿色建筑评价体系”，从整体到部分的关系入手，全文共分为四大部分：论文第二章，共五小节，为香港住宅建筑的地域性特点分析的内容。本章节主要包括香港地域特点概述、香港气候特点、香港高密度发展特点、新建住宅项目的房产性质类型，以及香港新建住宅项目的其他特点。在第三章香港绿色建筑评估标准（住宅建筑）地域性案例分析中，简要介绍了案例启晴惃的经济技术指标；随后展开Hong Kong Building EnvironmentalAssessment Methodam Plus New Buildings1.1，简称HK BEAM Plus NB1.1，和《绿色建筑评价标准（香港版）》，简称标准（香港版）的介绍；之后的第三至七节，五个小节为本文的重点内容，包括节地与室外环境、节能与能源利用、节水与水资源利用、节材与材料资源利用、室内环境质量等五大评价指标，即“四节一环保”。结合本人全程参与的项目和香港地域性特点，按照标准（香港版）和BEAM的评价要点进行同异性对比分析。本文第四章为标准（香港版）与BEAM绿色建筑评价体系的对比研究，共有4小节。主要对香港绿色建筑议会和中国城市科学研究会绿色建筑与节能专业委员会、中国绿色建筑委员会（香港分会）三个绿色建筑评价体系的机构进行差异性分析，主要从认证机构、标准编制、认证程序三个方面的差异进行横向对比。香港地域性绿色建筑评价体系展望，是本文最后一章，即第五章，共5小节内容。结合前面几章内容明确提出标准（香港版）的评估标准的完善、推动政策支持、市场推广、发展绿色建筑科研、教育和从业资格认证体系、有效的监督管理等方面的建议。同时反思本次研究存在不够深入、未形成系统的研究方法等的不足之处。通过本次研究，总结出标准（香港版）中考虑的条文内容，并借鉴HK BEAMPlus NB1.1的条文内容和指标设置，提出标准（香港版）评价指标和评价体系的改进建议。
[Abstract]:Most people are increasingly aware of the environmental damage and pollution caused by excessive consumption of natural resources. With the development of the principle of sustainable development, people save resources. The consciousness of protecting ecological environment is also increasing day by day. When sustainable development becomes the globalization strategy of economic development, social development and environmental protection, it is in the stage of present technology level. Green building has become the best choice for sustainable development of carrying architectural design, construction and operation stages, and the standardized development of green building will depend on the scientific and rigorous evaluation system of green building. This article revolves around the concrete research object, namely "Hong Kong regional green building appraisal system", from the whole to the partial relations, the full text altogether divides into four parts altogether: The second chapter of the paper, a total of five sections, for the analysis of the regional characteristics of residential buildings in Hong Kong content. This chapter mainly includes the regional characteristics of Hong Kong, climate characteristics of Hong Kong, the characteristics of high-density development in Hong Kong. The nature of new residential projects and other characteristics of new residential projects in Hong Kong. In the third chapter, the regional case analysis of Hong Kong green building evaluation standard (residential building) briefly introduces the economic and technical indicators of the case. To promote policy support, market promotion, the development of green building research, education and professional qualification certification system, effective supervision and management and other aspects of the recommendations.
