城市综合体商业动线设计研究

【摘要】：本文以大型城市综合体商业动线为主要研究对象，通过对其动线构成的分析，总结出各组成元素之间的联系，并结合国内外城市综合体商业动线的设计理论与实践经验，对商业动线成功的要素进行研究探讨。在当今社会，人们不仅仅满足于对物质的需求，同时会更加注重对精神感官世界的追求。本文以国内外城市综合体的产生及发展为切入点，对城市综合体商业动线的设计进行分析，并重点研究城市综合体商业动线“点+线”的设计构成以及两者之间的联系，并结合国内著名的城市综合体案例进行详细调研，分析调查研究所获资料，，总结成功的设计方法与经验，最后提出了包括城市综合体中空间主题性、商铺的可见可达性、标示系统的引导性、外部交通流线以及整体商业动线等方面的设计原则，并论述了今后城市综合体商业动线的发展趋势。本文聚焦国内开发比较成功的两座城市综合体，分析它们的建筑规模、区位等详细信息，通过对其外部交通动线及内部动线的探索研究来提取其商业动线成功的要素。希望本文的研究成果能够为今后城市综合体商业动线的设计提供依据，从而为人们创造一个更好的购物空间，促进综合体建筑的发展。全文共分为6章。第1章绪论；第2章城市综合体商业动线概念阐述；第3章城市综合体商业动线中“点、线”设计构成与综合分析；第4章城市综合体商业动线设计案例分析；第5章城市综合体商业动线成功的必要条件及设计原则；第6章结论。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the commercial dynamic line of large-scale urban complex as the main research object, through the analysis of the composition of its moving line, summarizes the relationship between each component element. Combined with the design theory and practical experience of commercial line of urban complex at home and abroad, the factors of success of commercial moving-line are studied and discussed. In today's society, people are not only satisfied with the material needs, but also pay more attention to the pursuit of the spiritual and sensory world. This paper analyzes the design of the commercial line of urban complex, and focuses on the design composition of the "point line" of the commercial line of urban complex and the relationship between the two. Combined with the domestic famous urban complex case to carry on the detailed investigation, the analysis research obtains the data, summarizes the successful design method and the experience, finally proposed includes the urban complex spatial theme. The visible reachability of shops, the guidance of marking system, the design principles of external traffic streamline and overall commercial line, etc., and the development trend of commercial line of urban complex in the future are discussed. This paper focuses on the domestic development of the more successful two urban complexes, analysis of their building size, location and other detailed information. Through the exploration of the external traffic lines and internal lines to extract the successful elements of the commercial lines. I hope the research results of this paper can provide the basis for the future design of the commercial lines of urban complex. Thus for people to create a better shopping space, to promote the development of complex buildings. The full text is divided into six chapters. In chapter 2, the concept of commercial dynamic line of urban complex is expounded. Chapter 3: the composition and comprehensive analysis of the design of "point and line" in the commercial dynamic line of urban complex; Chapter 4 is the case study of commercial dynamic design of urban complex. Chapter 5: the necessary conditions and design principles for the commercial success of urban complex; Chapter 6 conclusion.
