城市文化视角下的城市发展质量评价体系研究

【摘要】：城市是人类活动的聚居地，是生产力发展到一定阶段的产物，是人类社会文明程度的重要象征。随着我国的城市化进程的稳步提升，城市的物质建设迅猛发展。然而，城市不仅是一个地区现代化物质建设的集聚地，更是一个地区文明和历史的集聚地。本论文立足于城市文化的视角，对城市发展质量如何评价进行深入研究，其目的在于将城市发展质量中的文化属性具体化，进而通过文化要素的确立，建立一套可量化的城市发展质量评价体系。根据此评价体系，可以对城市发展的整体水平进行评价，重点在于衡量城市文化质量，考察城市文化水平与城市整体发展水平的关系等，，从而达到指导城市政策的制定，引导城市财政的投入，最终实现城市发展质量的整体提升的目标。论文共分为六个章节，第一章节由文化沙漠的讨论引出对城市文化量化的思考，提出研究对象、研究背景与意义，并对国内外研究进展进行理论综述。第二章节通过反思快速城市化背景下城市文化的角色，分析了快速城市化与文化沙漠化的关系，并探讨了城市发展质量与城市文化的关系。第三章节是本研究的核心，首先构建了城市发展质量的概念模型，其次研究了评价体系构建的具体方法，最后构建出本研究的城市发展质量评价体系，并阐释了评价指标的含义，计算出评价指标的权重。第四章节是实例研究部分，分别进行了时间向度和空间向度的城市发展质量比较研究，前者以广州市（2007-2011）为例，后者以广深两市（2011）为例，对本文构建的城市发展质量评价体系进行实际运用与验证。第五章节是对本研究构建的评价体系的反思和逻辑梳理，对城市发展质量的概念模型做了进一步延展。结论部分归纳总结出本研究的5点主要结论，3个主要创新点和3个需要进一步讨论的问题。
[Abstract]:City is the settlement of human activities, is the product of the development of productive forces to a certain stage, is an important symbol of the civilization of human society. However, the city is not only a gathering place of modern material construction in a region, but also a gathering place of regional civilization and history. This paper is based on the perspective of urban culture, how to evaluate the quality of urban development in-depth study, the purpose of the quality of urban development is to specify the cultural attributes, and then through the establishment of cultural elements. To establish a set of quantifiable evaluation system of urban development quality. According to this evaluation system, the overall level of urban development can be evaluated, with emphasis on measuring the quality of urban culture. The relationship between the level of urban culture and the overall level of urban development is investigated, so as to guide the formulation of urban policies, guide the investment of urban finance, and finally achieve the goal of improving the quality of urban development as a whole. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the discussion of the cultural desert to lead to the quantitative thinking of urban culture, put forward the research object, research background and significance. The second chapter analyzes the relationship between rapid urbanization and cultural desertification by reflecting on the role of urban culture in the context of rapid urbanization. The third chapter is the core of this study. Firstly, the concept model of urban development quality is constructed, and then the concrete method of evaluation system is studied. Finally, the evaluation system of urban development quality is constructed, and the meaning of evaluation index is explained, and the weight of evaluation index is calculated. Chapter 4th is the case study part. A comparative study on the quality of urban development in the time and space directions is carried out respectively. The former takes Guangzhou (2007-2011) as an example, the latter (Guangzhou-Shenzhen (2011)) as an example. This article constructs the urban development quality evaluation system to carry on the actual application and the verification. 5th chapter is the reflection and the logic comb to this research construction appraisal system. The conceptual model of urban development quality is further extended. In the conclusion part, 5 main conclusions, 3 innovation points and 3 problems that need further discussion are summarized.
