【摘要】:本课题研究的主要内容就是通过在实现可持续发展目标下,对绿色建筑评价体系系统进行理论探讨,提出绿色建筑评价体系建立的原则,,实施步骤和方法,并且结合国内外有关绿色建筑评价体系的研究现状与实践经验,对我国绿色建筑评价体系的实施与完善提出具体意见和未来展望。 对我国目前的绿色建筑评价标准进行研究,我们发现相关研究内容大部分是以住宅和公共建筑为主要目标,尚未有以工业厂房为针对对象的标准,有鉴于此本文基于全生命周期的原则,结合我国经济建设节能减排的发展趋势,从不同角度对典型的评价体系进行全面比较,并列表对比其异同点,并结合各国的具体国情对各国指标体系的不同内容进行深入分析研究。基于对国内外绿色建筑评价体系的分析和比较,本文从建筑的全寿命周期出发,结合系统工程和循环经济理论,以工业厂房为实例,建立基于LCA构建工业厂房绿色建筑的评价指标框架。通过对国内以及国外关于绿色评价体系的总结和借鉴,以定性和定量指标相结合的思路,整个建筑的全生命过程中,建立一套符合我国现阶段国情的绿色建筑指标评价体系和方法,利用该体系对工业厂房绿色建筑进行实践指导,同时更为工业建筑市场提供了有效的规范和制约,为引导工业建筑向节能、环保、绿色、健康的轨道发展。 最后文章还简要介绍了绿色建筑实施的方法和策略,以评价来促进实际建设使评价体系由认证导向型向设计导向型和实施导向型转变。绿色建筑是一个复杂的系统工程,需要多学科互相密切配合完成,综合解决问题。
[Abstract]:The main content of this research is to put forward the principles, implementation steps and methods of the establishment of green building evaluation system through the theoretical discussion on the evaluation system of green building under the goal of sustainable development. Combined with the research status and practical experience of the green building evaluation system at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the concrete opinions and future prospects for the implementation and improvement of the green building evaluation system in China. We find that most of the relevant research contents are mainly aimed at housing and public buildings, but there is no standard for industrial buildings. In view of this, based on the principle of the whole life cycle, combined with the development trend of energy saving and emission reduction in economic construction in China, this paper makes a comprehensive comparison of the typical evaluation system from different angles, and compares its similarities and differences in parallel tables. Based on the analysis and comparison of the evaluation system of green building at home and abroad, this paper starts from the whole life cycle of the building. Combined with the theory of system engineering and circular economy, the industrial plant is taken as an example. This paper establishes the evaluation index framework of green building of industrial factory building based on LCA. Through summing up and drawing lessons from the green evaluation system both at home and abroad, this paper combines qualitative and quantitative indicators. In the whole life process of the whole building, establish a set of green building index evaluation system and method in accordance with the current situation of our country, and use this system to guide the green building of industrial workshop. At the same time, the industrial construction market provides effective norms and constraints to guide the industrial building to energy conservation, environmental protection, green, healthy track development. Finally, the article also briefly introduces the green building implementation methods and strategies. To promote the actual construction by evaluation, the evaluation system is transformed from certification oriented to design-oriented and implementation-oriented. Green building is a complex system engineering, which needs the close cooperation of various disciplines. Solve problems comprehensively.
