墙体绿化在建筑中的应用研究

【摘要】:摘要:建筑墙体绿化成为当下缝合城市中的人与自然裂痕的重要手段之一,它不仅能够美化建筑与城市,增加绿化率;还可以改善区域环境,净化空气和减小城市热岛效应。但是我国墙体绿化在建筑中的应用尚处于起步阶段,国内大众对建筑墙体绿化的认识,多都停留在藤蔓植物攀爬覆盖建筑墙面上,存在着普遍的狭隘性。 本课题以墙体绿化在建筑中的应用为研究对象,首先对建筑墙体绿化进行综合概述,界定了其定义,分析了其所具有的价值与优势。然后把目前我国建筑墙体绿化常见方法分为藤蔓植物型、栽植容器型、种植毛毯型三大类型和八个小的种类来进行研究。梳理了其历史发展进程,国内外应用的现状,总结出我国的应用中所存在的问题,并针对性地提出对策建议。 本文针对我国墙体绿化在建筑中应用所出现的问题,提出了植物选配适应性、建筑匹配性、后期维护便利性三大应用原则。并在这三大原则的基础上,通过运用实地调研、专家访谈、资料查阅等多种研究方法,结合大量的国内外实际应用案例,总结出藤蔓植物型、栽植容器型、种植毛毯型墙体绿化建筑中的应用特点,并以表格的形式加以归纳整理。其主要特点为:藤蔓植物型墙体绿化适用于多层的住宅、工业建筑以及老旧的公共建筑;栽植容器型墙体绿化适用于多层框架的公共建筑及低层民居;种植毛毯型墙体绿化适用于追求强烈景观效果需求的高层办公、商业建筑、高级别墅建筑,以及部分政府性的公共建筑。 本文通过对三类墙体绿化在建筑中应用特点的总结,为墙体绿化在建筑中的应用提供一定的理论依据和参考价值,在以后新建墙体绿化项目或者既有建筑改造项目中可以作为参照,从而促进我国墙体绿化在建筑中的应用和发展。
[Abstract]:Abstract: building wall greening has become one of the important means to sew up the human and natural cracks in the city. It can not only beautify the buildings and cities, increase the green rate, but also improve the regional environment, purify the air and reduce the urban heat island effect. However, the application of wall greening in our country is still in its infancy, and the understanding of building wall greening by the domestic public mostly stays on the climbing of vines to cover the building wall, and there is a universal parochialism. This subject takes the application of wall greening in architecture as the research object. Firstly, it gives a comprehensive overview of the building wall greening, defines its definition, and analyzes its value and advantages. Then, the common methods of building wall greening in our country are divided into three types: vine type, container type, blanket type and eight small species. This paper combs its historical development process, the present situation of its application at home and abroad, summarizes the problems existing in the application of our country, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Aiming at the problems existing in the application of wall greening in our country, this paper puts forward three application principles: plant matching, building matching, and convenience in later maintenance. And on the basis of these three principles, through the use of field research, expert interviews, data reference and other research methods, combined with a large number of domestic and foreign practical application cases, summed up the vine type, planting container type, The application characteristics of planting blanket wall greening building are summarized and arranged in the form of table. The main features are as follows: virescence of vines type wall is suitable for multi-storey residential building, industrial building and old public building, planting container type wall greening is suitable for multi-story frame public building and low-rise residential building; The planting of blanket wall greening is suitable for high-rise office, commercial building, high-grade villa building and some government-owned public buildings in pursuit of strong demand for landscape effects This paper summarizes the application characteristics of three types of wall greening in architecture, and provides some theoretical basis and reference value for the application of wall greening in architecture. In the future, the new wall greening project or the existing building reconstruction project can be used as a reference to promote the application and development of wall greening in our country.
