山东半岛城市群城市职能结构比较研究

【摘要】：随着全球经济一体化进程的加快，区域经济合作已成为全球经济发展的必然趋势。城市群是区域空间上具有网络性特征的发展实体，是开放的复杂系统，包含不同性质、类型以及等级规模的城市。城市群职能在很大程度上反映了城市群在区域发展中所起的作用、地位以及分工状况，体现了城市群的辐射能力和影响力。城市群的职能结构特征一方面体现了城市群的整体性以及在更大的区域尺度上所担负的任务和作用，另一方面还体现了城市群内部各个城市之间的紧密联系和相互作用。城市群的职能结构特征是对城市群职能的综合概括，因此，对其进行研究，有利于从整体上把握城市群的现状。结合已有的研究成果，本文分别从空间和时间的尺度上对山东半岛城市群的城市职能结构特征进行分析，并通过与长江三角洲、珠江三角洲和京津冀城市群的城市职能结构进行对比分析，发现山东半岛城市群的城市职能结构存在的问题，针对这些问题提出相应的优化措施。本文共包括五个章节：第一章是绪论，主要介绍了城市职能和城市群的概念，研究山东半岛城市群城市职能结构特征的背景和意义以及国内外对城市职能的研究历程和发展趋势。第二章为研究城市职能结构的理论框架，包括城市经济基础理论、空间结构理论、比较优势理论和中心地理论。第三章是山东半岛城市群城市职能结构特征的研究。在分析了山东半岛城市群现状的基础上，研究山东半岛城市群的城市职能结构以及2003年至2010年8年间山东半岛城市群城市职能结构的演变，分别从空间和时间尺度上对山东半岛城市群各个城市和城市群整体的职能结构特征进行了分析。第四章是山东半岛城市群和长江三角洲、珠江三角洲、京津冀三大城市群的职能结构比较分析。首先分析了三大城市群的概况，然后分别从城市群的职能结构、城市产业结构演变和城市职能对外联系强度三个方面，将山东半岛城市群和三大城市群进行对比分析，，发现山东半岛城市群与三大城市群之间存在较大差距。第五章是山东半岛城市群城市职能结构的优化对策。首先分析了山东半岛城市群城市职能结构存在的问题，在此基础上，提出了优化山东半岛城市群城市职能结构的对策。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, regional economic cooperation has become an inevitable trend of global economic development. Urban agglomeration is a development entity with network characteristics in regional space. It is an open complex system including different properties, types and levels of cities. To a large extent, the function of urban agglomeration reflects the function, status and division of labor of urban agglomeration in regional development, and reflects the radiation capacity and influence of urban agglomeration. On the one hand, the functional structure features of urban agglomeration reflect the integrity of urban agglomeration and the task and function of urban agglomeration on a larger regional scale, on the other hand, it also reflects the close connection and interaction among different cities in urban agglomeration. The functional structure of urban agglomeration is a comprehensive summary of the function of urban agglomeration. Therefore, it is beneficial to grasp the present situation of urban agglomeration in the whole. Combined with the existing research results, this paper analyzes the urban functional structure characteristics of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration from the scale of space and time, and through the analysis of the Yangtze River Delta, Based on the comparative analysis of the urban function structure of the Pearl River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration, the problems in the urban function structure of the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration are found, and the corresponding optimization measures are put forward. This paper consists of five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the concept of urban function and urban agglomeration, studies the background and significance of urban function structure characteristics of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration, as well as the research history and development trend of urban function at home and abroad. The second chapter is the theoretical framework of the study of urban functional structure, including the basic theory of urban economy, the theory of spatial structure, the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of central place. The third chapter is the study of the functional structure of Shandong Peninsula Urban agglomeration. Based on the analysis of the present situation of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration, this paper studies the urban function structure of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration and the evolution of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration function structure from 2003 to 2010. The functional structure characteristics of cities and urban agglomerations in Shandong Peninsula are analyzed in terms of spatial and temporal scales. The fourth chapter is a comparative analysis of the functional structure of Shandong Peninsula Urban agglomeration, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration. This paper first analyzes the general situation of the three urban agglomerations, and then compares the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration with the three major urban agglomerations from three aspects: the functional structure of the urban agglomeration, the evolution of the urban industrial structure and the intensity of the urban function external connection. It is found that there is a big gap between Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration and three major urban agglomerations. The fifth chapter is the optimization countermeasure of the function structure of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration. This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the functional structure of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration, and then puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the urban functional structure of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration.
