长沙市拆迁农户安置小区绿地规划与设计研究

【摘要】：随着长沙市城镇化进程的加快,拆迁农户安置小区的建设也逐步增多,这类小区已经越来越受到社会各界的关注。但是,目前我国对于拆迁农户安置小区绿地的规划与设计重视不够,重形式而忽略功能,未能满足居民的户外活动需求。因此,对于安置小区居民绿地的研究应该是设计者不容忽视的内容,应予以足够的重视。通过查阅国内外的资料文献,结合国家相关规范,综合运用城市规划学、行为心理学、风景园林等多个学科,对安置小区绿地规划设计进行了深入的探讨。主要包括以下几个方面： (1)长沙市拆迁农户安置小区绿地现场调研。选取了长沙市咸嘉新村、建新安置小区、银杏家园、莲花小区、滨湖小区这五个拆迁农户安置小区的绿地进行现场调研,通过实地调研分析安置小区绿地的绿地率、绿地使用状况、绿地植物配置以及居民对户外活动场地的需求,为安置小区绿地规划设计理论提供现实依据。 (2)长沙市拆迁农户安置小区绿地规划设计研究。以现状调查为基础发现实际中的问题,从规划设计的角度研究安置小区绿地的作用、绿地的设计原则、绿地的植物配置及绿地中的景观小品,提出了基于“一物多用"“可耕绿地”的长沙市拆迁农户安置小区绿地规划与设计的方法。 (3)最后将所提出的设计方法与实例相结合,在高新区安置小区绿化提质改造设计中对上述设计方法予以实践论证。本文将从专业视角关注安置小区的绿地,探讨拆迁农户安置小区绿地的规划设计问题,总结出基于现有安置小区居民经济基础下的符合居民需求的绿地的设计方法,从而对长沙市拆迁农户安置小区绿地规划与设计提供指导和借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the urbanization process in Changsha, the construction of the resettlement community of rural households is gradually increasing, and this kind of community has been paid more and more attention by all walks of life. However, at present, our country pays less attention to the planning and design of the green space in the resettlement area of the rural households, and neglects the function but the form, and fails to meet the needs of the residents' outdoor activities. Therefore, the study of residential green space in residential areas should not be ignored by designers, and should be paid enough attention to. Through consulting domestic and foreign literature, combining with relevant national norms, comprehensive use of urban planning, behavioral psychology, Landscape architecture and other disciplines, the layout and design of green space in residential areas were deeply discussed. Mainly includes the following several aspects: 1) Changsha City demolition and relocation of farmers settlement green field investigation. In this paper, the green space of the five resettlement areas of Xianjia New Village, Jianxin, Ginkgo, Lianhua and Binhu is selected for field investigation, and the green space rate of the green space in the resettlement area is analyzed through the field investigation. The use of green space, the allocation of green space plants and the residents' demand for outdoor activity sites provide a realistic basis for the planning and design of green space planning and design in the resettlement area. 2) the study on the planning and design of the green space for the resettlement of farmers in Changsha City. Based on the investigation of the present situation, this paper finds out the practical problems, studies the function of the green space in the residential area, the design principle of the green space, the plant configuration of the green space and the landscape sketch in the green space from the point of view of planning and design. This paper puts forward a method of planning and designing the green space in Changsha city, which is based on "one thing multi-use" and "ploughing green land". Finally, it combines the proposed design method with an example. The above design method is demonstrated in the design of greening and quality improvement in the rehousing area of high-tech zone. This paper will pay attention to the green space of the residential area from a professional angle of view, and discuss the planning and design of the green space in the residential area for the demolition and resettlement of peasant households. This paper summarizes the design method of green space in accordance with the residents' needs based on the economic basis of the existing resettlement community, thus providing guidance and reference for the planning and design of the green space for the resettlement area of the rural households in Changsha.
