江苏省盐城市建湖县城市生物多样性保护规划研究

【摘要】:由于地球上人类的活动造成了全球以及地区性的生物多样性变化,作为核心并带动生态系统服务我们人类生命支持系统,生物多样性保护是人类可持续发展的关键。本文立足于风景园林专业,通过科学全面的城市生物本地调查,以城市生态学、保护生物学以及景观生态学等理论为指导,以江苏省建湖县为例,探究城市生物多样性现状调查方法、城市生物多样性保护规划编制的范围与模式,以期为今后华东地区乃至全国城市的生物多样性保护规划编制的科学性、规范性以及全国“园林城市”、“生态园林城市”的建设提供借鉴。主要成果如下: 一、通过对我国城市生物多样性保护规划发展概况及现状研究,结合国外相关理论及成功案例,总结我国现阶段城市生物多样性保护规划的经验及存在问题,包括以下几点:(1)快速城市化中城市生物多样性资源流失严重;(2)缺乏统一的、规范的编制提纲;(3)生物多样性保护规划落后于其他专项规划,难以起到指导作用;(4)生物多样性保护及监测相关理论研究尚不成熟;(5)保护工作相关缺乏专业的技术及人员,实施难度较大等。 二、通过对建湖城区51个样地植物物种和群落资源和建湖县植物区系分布的调查与研究,对其中分布的种子植物164科,516属,659种植物多样性现状进行分析,并结合动物多样性现状,总结得出建湖生态系统多样性现状,并为最终建湖城市生物多样性保护规划提供基础资料。 三、结合建湖城市生物多样性现状,本文针对不同层次的生物多样性保护工作,从城市生物多样性监测与管理体系建设、植物物种多样性保护、鸟类物种多样性保护、鱼类物种多样性保护等方面对建湖县的城市生物多样性保护提出了合理化建议。 四、本文结合前期相关理论研究,以建湖县为案例,针对我国生物多样性发展现状和目前城市生物多样性保护规划中暴露出的问题,提出我国城市生物多样性保护规划具体实施途径。
[Abstract]:Due to the global and regional biodiversity changes caused by human activities on the earth, biodiversity conservation is the key to the sustainable development of human being as the core and driving ecosystem to serve our life support system. This paper is based on the landscape architecture specialty, through scientific and comprehensive urban biological local investigation, guided by the theories of urban ecology, conservation biology and landscape ecology, taking Jianhu County of Jiangsu Province as an example. This paper probes into the survey method of the status quo of urban biodiversity, the scope and mode of urban biodiversity conservation planning, in order to make it scientific for the future urban biodiversity conservation planning in eastern China and even in the whole country. Standardization and national "garden city", "ecological garden city" construction to provide reference. The main results are as follows: first, through the research on the development and current situation of urban biodiversity conservation planning in China, combined with the relevant theories and successful cases abroad, This paper summarizes the experience and existing problems of urban biodiversity conservation planning in China at present, including the following points: 1) the serious loss of urban biodiversity resources in the rapid urbanization is lack of a unified and standardized outline; 3) Biodiversity conservation planning lags behind other special plans, so it is difficult to play a guiding role. 4) the relevant theoretical research on biodiversity conservation and monitoring is still immature. 5) there is a lack of professional technology and personnel related to conservation work, and it is difficult to implement, etc. Secondly, through the investigation and study on plant species and community resources in 51 sample plots and flora distribution in Jianhu County, the present situation of plant diversity of 659 species in 164 families, 516 genera and 516 genera of seed plants in Jianhu County was analyzed. Combined with the present situation of animal diversity, the present situation of ecosystem diversity in Jianghu Lake was summarized, and the basic information was provided for the final urban biodiversity conservation planning. Thirdly, according to the present situation of biodiversity in the city of Jianghu, this paper aims at different levels of biodiversity protection, including the construction of urban biodiversity monitoring and management system, the protection of plant species diversity, and the protection of bird species diversity. This paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the conservation of urban biodiversity in Jianhu County from the aspects of fish species diversity protection and so on. Fourth, this paper combined with the previous relevant theoretical research, taking Jianhu County as a case, aiming at the current situation of biodiversity development in China and the problems exposed in the current urban biodiversity conservation planning. The specific implementation ways of urban biodiversity conservation planning in China are put forward.
