新余市渝水区新农村庭院设计研究

【摘要】：党的十六届五中全会提出了建设社会主义新农村的重大历史任务,十八大的召开,再次强调了深入推进社会主义新农村建设,改善农村环境的重要战略举措。在广大农村如火如荼的进行社会主义新农村建设的背景下,改善农村庭院这一基本生活单元的环境,营造美丽、温馨的庭院景观是社会主义新农村建设“村容整洁”“全面改善农村生产生活条件”的重要内容。本文主要运用了文献查阅法,实地调研法等方法对新余市渝水区的庭院如何设计进行了研究,笔者从解读新农村建设的政策背景出发,通过广泛查阅研读国内外新农村建设的相关研究以及搜集与庭院相关的文化、景观、生态等资料,了解了相关的概念及农村庭院的特点,并通过对新余市渝水区农村庭院的实地走访调查及调查问卷分析,了解到了渝水区新农村庭院建设中普遍存在的一些问题以及农民对庭院景观的需求。认为新余市渝水区的新农村建设应将“美丽庭院”的设计理念融入其总体规划设计当中。针对新余市渝水区当前农村庭院的现状情况,可将渝水区农村庭院的类型归纳为自然绿化型、景观小品型、经济苗圃型、乡村旅游型、户外活动型五种。通过结合渝水区农户对庭院的认识,农户的家庭组成、经济条件状况,农户喜爱的庭院类型、景观要素及庭院设计的景观设计学理论等方面的内容,提出新余市渝水区庭院设计应遵循以人为本,体现地方特色及乡土文化,经济性,体现景观多样性等基本原则。根据新余市渝水区农村的实际情况及发展方向,提出农村庭院设计有三种主要模式,即经济生态型模式、园林休闲型模式、旅游发展型模式。通过对新余市渝水区新农村建设中的庭院设计研究,可为渝水区新农村的庭院建设实践提供理论指导,并为其他区域新农村建设中的庭院设计提供参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the Party put forward the great historical task of building a new socialist countryside and the convening of the 18th National Congress of the CPC, emphasizing once again the important strategic measures to promote the construction of a new socialist countryside and to improve the rural environment. Under the background of carrying out the construction of a new socialist countryside in full swing in the vast rural areas, we should improve the environment of the rural courtyard as a basic living unit and create beauty. The warm courtyard landscape is the important content of the construction of the new socialist countryside "the appearance of the village is clean and tidy" and "improving the living conditions of the rural production in an all-round way". This paper mainly uses the methods of literature reference and field investigation to study how to design the courtyard of Yushui District of Xinyu City. The author starts from the policy background of the construction of new countryside. Through extensive reading and studying the related research of the new rural construction at home and abroad and collecting the culture, landscape, ecology and so on related to the courtyard, we understand the related concepts and the characteristics of the rural courtyard. Through the field investigation and questionnaire analysis of the rural courtyard in Yushui District of Xinyu City, we know some common problems in the construction of the new rural courtyard in Yushui District and the farmers' demand for the courtyard landscape. It is believed that the design concept of "beautiful courtyard" should be incorporated into the overall planning and design of the new rural construction in Yushui District, Xinyu City. In view of the present situation of rural courtyard in Yushui District of Xinyu City, the types of rural courtyard in Yushui District can be classified as natural greening type, landscape sketch type, economic nursery type, rural tourism type and outdoor activity type. By combining with the farmers' understanding of the courtyard, the family composition, the economic condition, the type of courtyard that farmers like, the landscape elements and the landscape design theory of the courtyard design, etc. It is pointed out that the design of Yushui district of Xinyu city should follow the basic principles of people-oriented, local characteristics, local culture, economy and diversity of landscape. According to the actual situation and development direction of rural areas in Yushui District of Xinyu City, three main modes of rural courtyard design are put forward, that is, economic ecological model, garden leisure mode and tourism development model. Through the study of the courtyard design in the new rural construction of Yushui District of Xinyu City, it can provide theoretical guidance for the practice of the courtyard construction in the new countryside of Yushui District, and provide reference and reference for the courtyard design in the new rural construction of other regions.
