某大型商场能耗分析与系统优化

【摘要】:近年来我国建筑能耗随着经济的迅速发展逐年递增,由此带来的环境污染也日益严重。随着节能减排政策的提出,建筑节能已日益得到社会的重视。随着大型公共建筑数量与能耗与日俱增,如何有效的解决大型公共建筑能源消耗问题,不仅有助于节约资源和改善生态环境,对我国可持续发展也有深远影响。 本文以北京地区某即建大型商场为研究对象,运用清华大学开发的建筑环境模拟软件—DeST对建筑及其空调系统全年能耗进行模拟,对其能耗特点及节能技术途径进行分析研究。 首先运用DeST-c模拟建筑全年逐时负荷,同时模拟在不同类型围护结构(窗墙比、外墙、外窗、外遮阳、屋顶)下的建筑全年累计能耗,进行了节能潜力分析和经济性分析,并提出了相应的改造措施。同时对影响建筑负荷的各因素进行正交试验设计,,按照对负荷的影响程度大小对其进行排序。 其次模拟不同室内温度设定下的建筑全年累计能耗,研究结果表明在人们可以接受的范围内降低舒适度,可以有效节能;相对于空调连续运行,空调的间歇运行其节能量也很可观;对比分析了集中式全空气定风量空调系统、集中式全空气变风量空调系统和温湿度独立控制空调系统下的系统全年累计负荷;对比分析了无热回收与有热回收不同情况下的全年累计负荷。 最后对被评建筑进行节能评价,对其进行综合打分,判断其是否为节能建筑。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the energy consumption of buildings in China is increasing year by year, and the environmental pollution caused by it is becoming more and more serious. With the development of energy saving and emission reduction policy, building energy conservation has been paid more and more attention by the society. With the increasing number and energy consumption of large-scale public buildings, how to effectively solve the problem of energy consumption of large-scale public buildings is not only conducive to saving resources and improving the ecological environment, but also has a far-reaching impact on the sustainable development of our country. In this paper, a building environment simulation software -DeST developed by Tsinghua University is used to simulate the annual energy consumption of buildings and their air-conditioning systems. The characteristics of energy consumption and the ways to save energy are analyzed and studied. First, using DeST-c to simulate the annual hourly load of buildings, and at the same time simulating the cumulative energy consumption of buildings under different types of envelope structures (window-wall ratio, exterior wall, outer window, outside shade, roof), the energy saving potential and economy are analyzed. The corresponding measures are put forward. At the same time, the factors affecting the load of buildings are designed by orthogonal test, and sorted according to the degree of influence on the load. Secondly, the cumulative energy consumption of buildings under different indoor temperature settings is simulated. The research results show that reducing comfort and saving energy effectively can be achieved within the range acceptable to people; compared with the continuous operation of air conditioners, The energy saving of the intermittent operation of air conditioning is also considerable, and the accumulative load of the centralized total air constant volume air conditioning system, the centralized all air variable air volume air conditioning system and the temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system is analyzed. The annual accumulative load under different conditions of no heat recovery and heat recovery is compared and analyzed. Finally, the energy-saving evaluation of the evaluated building is carried out, and the comprehensive score is given to judge whether it is an energy-saving building.
