【摘要】:随着我国经济和社会的快速发展,人们的节能和环保意识不断地增强,节约能源、保护环境成为了越来越重要的问题。而冬季供热作为环境污染和能源消耗的集合体成为了人们越来越关注的问题。如何人性化地控制供热系统,使其运行在高效节能的状态下,已经成为了现阶段供热系统研究的主要问题。 本文以青岛某高校的集中供热节能调度监控系统项目为背景,介绍了集中供热系统的结构和原理,重点研究了集中供热系统中的换热站控制策略和控制算法,设计了青岛某高校集中供热节能调度监控系统。 本文中具体工作如下:首先介绍了集中供热系统中换热站的结构、原理及其控制原理与要求,然后分析换热站节能调节措施,在以往换热站温度控制策略的基础上提出了新的换热站温度控制策略;同样在以往换热站的控制算法的基础上,提出了本文换热站的控制算法——模糊Smith控制;最后根据青岛某高校集中供热系统的具体情况,以西门子S7-200PLC为控制器,设计了青岛某高校集中供热控制系统,以工业组态软件——紫金桥组态软件为工具,设计了青岛某高校集中供热监控系统,从而实现了青岛某高校集中供热节能调度监控系统的设计。 根据以上集中供热节能调度监控系统的设计,实现了集中供热系统的远程监控,根据用户的不同用热需求分时分区控制,既保证了用户的用热需求,又保证能源的有效利用,从而达到按需供热,节约能源的目的。 目前,青岛某高校集中供热节能调度监控系统已经调试成功,且系统运行稳定,基本达到系统的设计目的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and society, people's consciousness of energy saving and environmental protection is becoming more and more important. As a combination of environmental pollution and energy consumption, heating in winter becomes more and more concerned. How to humanize the control of heating system and make it run in the state of high efficiency and energy saving has become the main problem in the current research of heating system. In this paper, the structure and principle of central heating system are introduced, and the control strategy and control algorithm of heat exchange station in central heating system are mainly studied under the background of the project of centralized heating energy saving dispatching monitoring system in a university in Qingdao, and the structure and principle of central heating system are introduced in this paper. In this paper, a monitoring and control system for energy saving of central heating in a university in Qingdao is designed. The specific work in this paper is as follows: firstly, the structure, principle, control principle and requirements of the heat exchange station in the central heating system are introduced, and then the energy saving regulation measures of the heat exchange station are analyzed. Based on the former control strategy of heat transfer station temperature, a new control strategy of heat transfer station temperature is put forward, and the fuzzy Smith control algorithm of the heat exchange station is put forward on the basis of the control algorithm of the former heat exchange station. Finally, according to the concrete situation of the central heating system of a university in Qingdao, taking Siemens S7-200 PLC as the controller, the centralized heating control system of a university in Qingdao is designed. The industrial configuration software-Zijingqiao configuration software is used as the tool. This paper designs a centralized heating monitoring system for a university in Qingdao, thus realizing the design of a centralized heating energy saving dispatching monitoring system in a university in Qingdao. According to the above design of the centralized heating energy saving dispatching monitoring system, the remote monitoring of the central heating system is realized. According to the users' different heat demand, the time-sharing and partition control can not only guarantee the users' heat demand, but also ensure the effective use of energy. In order to achieve the purpose of heating on demand and saving energy. At present, the monitoring and control system for central heating and energy saving in a university in Qingdao has been successfully debugged, and the system is running stably, which basically achieves the purpose of system design.
