深港两地地铁站商业设施规划设计比较研究

【摘要】：地下空间的开发利用，已成为我国大城市立体化交通、提高运行效率的前提。以地铁为动力发展轴，，沿线又规划建设了多种形式的地下街、地下车库等地下工程。这些地下空间设施在完善交通的同时，也带动商业中心地区、地铁站地区地下空间的开发，并进一步繁荣了区域经济。本文通过对国内外地铁站商业空间发展历程及现状的分析和比较，针对国内该领域起步较早的上海、广州、深圳、香港等大城市进行了实地调研，对香港和深圳两地地铁商业的特点、特征以及两地的不同商业模式等进行了对比分析与研究工作，归纳出深圳地铁站商业空间设计所存在的问题。在此基础上，本论文结合上述相关理论依据，借鉴香港的成功经验，对深圳地铁站商业空间的开发建设提出了存在的一些问题以及相关的建议。
[Abstract]:The development and utilization of underground space has become the premise of three-dimensional traffic and improving operation efficiency of big cities in China. Taking the subway as the power development axis, various underground projects such as underground street and underground garage are planned and built along the line. These underground space facilities not only improve the transportation, but also promote the development of underground space in the commercial center and subway station area, and further prosper the regional economy. Based on the analysis and comparison of the development history and present situation of the commercial space of subway stations at home and abroad, this paper has carried out a field investigation in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and other big cities that started early in this field in China. This paper makes a comparative analysis and research on the commercial characteristics, characteristics and different commercial models of Hong Kong and Shenzhen metro stations, and concludes the problems existing in the commercial space design of Shenzhen metro stations. On this basis, this paper combines the above theoretical basis, draw lessons from the successful experience of Hong Kong, and put forward some problems and relevant suggestions for the development and construction of commercial space of Shenzhen subway station.
