小型空气源热泵热水器的仿真研究

【摘要】:本文基于小型空气源热泵热水器的工作原理,分别对空气源热泵热水器的四大部件(涡旋压缩机、套管式冷凝器、热力膨胀阀及翅片管蒸发器)建立稳态模型,并根据一定的参数耦合关系,建立了整个热泵热水器系统的模型。通过对其运行特性的模拟研究,分析了环境温度、冷却水进水温度和冷却水流量对其系统性能的影响情况,为热泵热水器在实际应用中的控制调节提供依据。 研究结果表明,环境温度对空气源热泵热水器的性能影响较大。空气源热泵热水器的制热量和功耗都是随着环境温度的升高而不断增加的,系统制热系数COP随着环境温度的升高而显著增加。当干湿球温度分别为7/6℃、20/15℃、35/24℃时,系统COP分别为2.76、3.76、5.5。同时,在保证冷却水进出口温度15/55℃时,冷却水的流量随着环境温度的升高而不断增加。当干湿球温度为7/6℃、20/15℃、35/24℃时,系统的冷却水流量分别为0.018kg/s、0.028kg/s、0.044kg/s。当工况条件为冷却水流量0.025kg/s,冷却水进水温度变化范围5-20℃时,虽然机组的出水温度会有所上升,但是其功耗和排气温度会随之增大,制热量和系统COP随之减小,因此,若非要求较高的供水温度,则无需增加冷却水的进水温度。当工况条件为冷却水进水温度15℃,冷却水流量变化范围0.025-0.035kg/s时,系统制热量增加,功耗减少,导致系统COP的增加,并且其排气温度、排气压力和压比都随之下降,可以改善机组的运行条件,,但是随着流量的增加,其出水温度减小,因此需考虑供水温度是否能达到用水要求。
[Abstract]:Based on the working principle of small air source heat pump water heater, the steady state model of four parts of air source heat pump water heater (scroll compressor, casing condenser, thermal expansion valve and finned tube evaporator) is established in this paper. The model of the whole heat pump water heater system is established according to the coupling relation of certain parameters. The influence of environment temperature, inlet temperature of cooling water and flow rate of cooling water on the system performance is analyzed through the simulation study of its operation characteristics, which provides the basis for the control and regulation of heat pump water heater in practical application. The results show that ambient temperature has great influence on the performance of air source heat pump water heater. The heating capacity and power consumption of air-source heat pump water heater increase with the increase of ambient temperature, and the heating coefficient COP of the system increases significantly with the increase of ambient temperature.
