商业综合体人流动线设计研究

【摘要】：人流动线是商业综合体的脉络骨架。人流动线设计是商业综合体建筑设计的根本出发点之一。对商业综合体人流动线设计进行专门的研究，能够指导整个商业综合体的建筑设计。 文章首先对基础理论进行研究，包括对商业综合体人流动线概述、消费者在人流动线空间中的行为研究。介绍商业综合体的概念、建筑特征等，并对人流动线的概念、作用和构成做了分析与总结。同时分析归纳了消费者的消费心理和消费行为，得出基于消费者行为的商业综合体人流动线设计原则。在理论研究和实例分析基础上，对商业综合体水平人流动线设计、商业综合体垂直人流动线设计和商业综合体人流动线节点空间设计进行分析归纳与总结，得出了商业综合体人流动线设计原则。
[Abstract]:The human flow line is the skeleton of the commercial complex. The design of pedestrian line is one of the basic starting points of commercial complex architecture design. The special research on the design of the pedestrian line of the commercial complex can guide the architectural design of the whole commercial complex. This paper first studies the basic theory, including the overview of the commercial complex, the behavior of consumers in the space. This paper introduces the concept and architectural features of commercial complex, and analyzes and summarizes the concept, function and composition of human flow line. At the same time, the consumption psychology and behavior of consumers are analyzed and summarized, and the design principles of human movement line of commercial complex based on consumer behavior are obtained. On the basis of theoretical research and practical analysis, this paper analyzes and summarizes the horizontal pedestrian line design of commercial complex, the vertical pedestrian line design of commercial complex and the node space design of commercial complex. The design principles of the commercial complex are obtained.
