基于工程实践的建筑学教育模式研究

【摘要】:目前中国开办建筑学专业的高校有200多所,大量普通高校非重点建筑学专业,无论是在师资力量、教学硬件条件以及教学体系的成熟程度上,都与重点高校的建筑学专业存在差距。目前,许多中国高校的建筑学专业还在采用建国初期沿袭下来的教学方针和培养计划,这已经不适合当前的社会和就业现状,尤其不完全适用于各普通高校非重点建筑学专业。同时,目前建筑市场的发展迅速,已经形成了一定特色,市场对毕业生就业的反馈也提醒我们当前普通高校非重点建筑学专业的教学模式确实存在有待改进的地方。 从学生的角度出发,毕业后的工作状况以及在社会上的生存能力才是他们大多数人进行专业训练的最终目的。因而,本文就从普通高校非重点建筑学专业目前现状出发,将各层次院校建筑系作对比,从而分析出普通高校非重点建筑学专业目前在各方面存在的弱点或不利因素,提出在工程实践的前提下,普通高校非重点建筑学专业应做出怎样的市场定位,并将其明确到教学目标中。再根据这个目标提出对教学模式的改革意见,进而对普通高校非重点建筑学专业培养计划提出调整意见,以期对其他同仁起到抛砖引玉的作用,集思广益,从而引导这些学校的学生走向适合他们的发展道路。
[Abstract]:At present, there are more than 200 colleges and universities offering architectural majors in China, and a large number of non-key architectural majors in ordinary colleges and universities, whether in terms of the strength of teachers, the conditions of teaching hardware and the maturity of the teaching system, There is a gap between the major of architecture and that of key colleges and universities. At present, many architectural majors in Chinese universities are still adopting the teaching policy and training plan that followed in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, which is not suitable for the current social and employment situation, especially for non-key architectural majors in ordinary colleges and universities. At the same time, the construction market is developing rapidly and has formed some characteristics. The feedback from the market to graduates' employment also reminds us that there are some places to be improved in the teaching mode of non-key architecture major in colleges and universities at present. From the point of view of students, the final purpose of professional training for most of them is their working condition and their ability to survive in society. Therefore, based on the current situation of non-key architectural major in colleges and universities, this paper compares the architectural departments of various levels of colleges and universities, and analyzes the weaknesses or disadvantages of non-key architectural majors in colleges and universities. On the premise of engineering practice, this paper puts forward the market orientation of non-key architecture majors in colleges and universities, and makes it clear to the teaching objectives. On the basis of this goal, the author puts forward some suggestions on the reform of teaching mode, and then puts forward some suggestions to adjust the training plans of non-key architectural majors in colleges and universities, in order to give other colleagues a valuable role in drawing on the lessons and brainstorming. To guide the students of these schools to their development path.
