厦门营平片区城市形态研究

【摘要】：历史上的营平片区曾是厦门的中心城区和对外交流的重要口岸。宋元以来就是作为厦门海上贸易的重要门户，其形态的发展承载着厦门太多的历史文化，也见证了厦门城市数百年的沧桑岁月变化，因此对于厦门营平片区的城市形态研究具有其本身的意义。在营平片区数百年发展演变的过程中，太多的矛盾与冲突构成了整个片区的日常生活和城市空间形态。放下精英主义，转变为本雅明意义上的“城市漫游者”，走进营平片区每一条街巷的生活，关注人群发生的事件，，进入一种日常实践的社会生活空间。把握时间序列和社会结构的相互影响进而投射到营平片区的每一处角落的空间形态。本文先是借助历史文献资料及地图对营平片区的发展演变进行概况介绍。基于城市形态学的方法，根据不同的城市肌理将营平片区划分为4街区，针对其中3个街区不同的社会发展变迁的背景、街巷系统的形成、建筑与街巷空间的关系，从宏观至微观层面逐级深入研究，阐述其各要素之间相互影响和制约的关系，进而充分认识营平片区城市形态街巷结构的特征。将建筑街巷的物理空间和其背后潜藏的社会因素相互结合，更好地诠释整个营平片区城市形态的演变。最后将这三种不同的街巷结构进行对比分析，探讨其空间形式与机制的差异性。并针对不同的街区建筑与街巷空间微观层次的变化，反映出当地居民不同的邻里生活交往出行方式。通过本文的研究，可以大致展现营平片区街巷结构的形成及特征，发掘营平片区在貌似混乱的城市格局中潜在的历史文化价值，构建符合城市发展规律的旧城改造规划设计，为未来厦门营平片区旧城改造与更新提供一定的参考；同时从日常社会生活的视角与地图资料的整理，一定程度上展现了数十年营平片区居民的社会生活现状，这对于剖析当前营平片区社会多元化的构成与发展具有较为重要的意义。
[Abstract]:The historical Yingping area was the central city of Xiamen and an important port for foreign exchanges. Since the Song and Yuan dynasties, as an important gateway to Xiamen's maritime trade, the development of its shape has carried too much history and culture in Xiamen, and has also witnessed hundreds of years of vicissitudes and vicissitudes in Xiamen city. Therefore, the study on the urban morphology of Yingping District in Xiamen has its own significance. In the hundreds of years of development and evolution of Yingping area, too many contradictions and conflicts form the daily life and urban space form of the whole area. Put aside elitism and transform it into a "city rover" in the sense of Benjamin, walk into the life of every street in Yingping District, pay attention to the events of the crowd, and enter a kind of social life space of daily practice. Grasp the interaction between time series and social structure and project to the spatial form of every corner of Yingping area. At first, this paper introduces the development and evolution of Yingping area with the help of historical documents and maps. Based on the method of urban morphology, Yingping area is divided into 4 blocks according to different urban texture. According to the background of social development and changes of three blocks, the formation of street system and the relationship between architecture and street space, From the macro-level to the micro-level, this paper expounds the relationship between the factors which influence and restricts each other, and then fully understands the characteristics of the urban shape street structure in Yingping area. The physical space of the building streets and the social factors behind it are combined to better explain the evolution of the urban form of the whole Yingping area. Finally, the three different street structures are compared and analyzed, and the differences of their spatial forms and mechanisms are discussed. According to the change of the micro-level of different block buildings and alleys, it reflects the local residents' different ways of living and travelling in the neighborhood. Through the research in this paper, we can show the formation and characteristics of the street structure in Yingping area, explore the potential historical and cultural value of Yingping District in the seemingly chaotic urban pattern, and construct the old city transformation planning and design in accordance with the law of urban development. To provide some reference for the transformation and renewal of the old city in Yingping district of Xiamen in the future; At the same time, from the perspective of daily social life and the collation of map data, to a certain extent, it shows the social life situation of the residents of Yingping District for decades. This is of great significance to the analysis of the formation and development of social pluralism in Yingping District.
